deleted my litecoin file then recovered the wallet.dat but it is corrupted no backups,prev restor points, all solutions non if you have any solution i need help step by step with any solution mybe pywallet.py tool tried to use but am so stupid @comp Thank you

Hi its first time at all to receive litecoin i downloaded the official wallet then made request and withdrawal ed all my balance from Bitfinex then i discovered the wallet out of sync 3 years 44 weeks ago down Loaded then delete the litecoin folder and sure the wallet.dat tore install anyway i recovered the wallet.dat but it is corrupted HELP PLEASE i will appreciate your help THANK YOU
