Round 1 was ended because nobody wants make new deposit to it. There wasn't any deposit in last 20-hours. There was no reason for waiting 11-days. Last investors were unlucky.

No, it was real restart. All old transactions were removed and there is only 1 deposit in 2nd round. |

I feel you should also start a shorter version of the game alongwith the existing one.
The current one seems to slow down a bit after the initial burst.
Shorter one would keep the interest going.
