i like the new site its very responsive and have nice layout, new site have great potential  great work Joe i tried to contact historical few weeks ago about multipool but no response i don't think he is active on bct anymore. Can i ask you a question what do you think about masternodes would they be beneficial for magi in future or some sort of anon payment and could that be implemented in magi coding or you don't want to go that road ? I am long time Magi collector if i sell now i will get decent profit, but i wont  1xmg=1$ is near future, for now i have enough Magi i dont need to trade or mine. I wish Magi to spread evenly i have some serious hash i could mine even now 100 Magis per day with free electricity and gear at work but i wont. Magi needs bigger army of small holders to go where it belongs. Sounds great. Magi reaching $1 could be anytime soon, making a constant stream of profits to those who have invested earlier into it. I'm willing to put most of my devices to mine Magi too, although the bigger the network hashrate is, the lower the reward will be. Nevertheless, Magi is a very exciting cryptocurreny to buy, mine, and hold. With its growing community, and active development, together we could make Magi one of the best altcoins in the market. Imagine how far Magi could go in the next years from becoming more valuable, to having better features, and so on. One thing that I'm looking forward to is for Magi to adopt SegWit as it will greatly increase its transaction capacity. Perhaps, it may not be neccesary at the moment, but it would give Magi a boost. Just my thoughts. I agree, whole market is crashing ppl need money to invest in million different ICOs, it will go up again i am not afraid for Magi as Magi is still at low number @ 7mill and it had fair start with fair devs and best community on bct talk. When ppl get burn with 90% scams these days promising fast profit it will all settle to BTC, few anon coins like monero and dash, 1-2 ICOs that are fair and few fair coins with hq coding like Magi could go up in top 100. Its not good time for mining Magi, its summer cpus are cooking and its not profitable at this hashrate. Now its better to mine with gpus eth based coins even some x11 like sibcoin, and exchange to xmg. At this nethash to get 350 xmgs per day we need around 100xi7s like 4790/6700/7700 watercool/delid/ac @ 90w/4.4ghz  its to much hassle even with free el., but we can mine 350 xmg per day mining eth based coins and transfering to xmg with only 15x1070 @ 500mhs, 68%tdp -400 core clock + 700 vram with ac off @ ambient 30C/GPU 64C 70-80%fan and be profitable even after exchanging to xmg. Multipool would be good thing now to help buy up this big sell wall without lowering price to much everyone from community could put few gpus in it instead of mining with cpus and collect more xmgs while staying profitable |

@sud i am sorry , i mean i like the tech biometric id if they can pull it of it would be great. But they should think more about its use it is just funny and evil with so many holes to give illiterate ppl banking system with symbols and educate them what that symbols means, instead of helping them out and build education system to make them literate before putting them in banking dept. Its like comedy gold, or pure evil plan. If you market your tech as a tool to map all ppl in the world trough they gadgets and sell this tech for billion$ to many security agencies around the world i would be all over it. Yeah. Magi is still in its early days, as it is subject for growth in the long term. Current prices are still cheap, as I believe that Magi will be worth $1 USD and beyond. Among the many altcoins in existence, I've found out Magi to be the easiest one to mine with a CPU. I can use virtually any device and start mining Magi easily, in contrast to other coins which would take me hours to mine some real coins. Within a few days mining on my PC, I was able to make nearly 1 XMG, so I will keep at it to hold them into my wallet for staking. Also, I'm buying some Magi coins to store them on a paper wallet for future reference. You'll never know when you've accumulated too many Magi coins that would be worth a fortune in the future. Its funny business on exchanges right now, daily traders bots are ruining stable growth + panicking holders. I rather wait and buy more when Magi show healthy grow with small lost or if this panic dump continue at this rate price could drop even lower and that could be the right time. Yes. It's great to experience these dumps sometimes, as it would allow you to take advantage of the opportunity to get cheap coins and profit when the prices jumps back in. I'm always checking the markets for quick changes in Magi's price to get ahold of more coins for my wallet to stake. Nevertheless, I hope that XMG would continue to grow until it reaches $1 USD and beyond. Things will be very exciting once it reaches those levels, for those who have invested earlier into Magi. God... This miners need optimization ASAP. Per Core performance on my 6700K is worse than on Haswell based Pentium. Now 3 Pentiums, with a price of maybe 210$ gives the same amount of hash rate like a 350$ i7. I tried the "i7" version, but it's only worse. The generic one is best so far.
There is not much gain going from 4th gen i7 up to 7th gen i7 in a real world, same is with mining m7m algo, higher clock and more cores will give u more hash. 6700k have turbo at 4.2 and 4790k have 4.4 and performing little bit better. But i agree there is no much difference between avx,avx2,generic miners only 1-2 kh. Best you can do with i7 is delid watercool and push to 4.8 where 4790k and 6700k will perform almost the same and i7 7700k will give you few more hash. AMDs like 8320/50 at 4.8 will be really close to all i7 and reach 100-105 kh depends on how optimized is your OS. Now if new pom starts in near future on pom pool where maximum hash would be 250khash per user, one ryzen 1800x would be best option to mine. I hope green mining pom will be next pom where android, laptop and raspberry pi miners will be rewarded more than huge hashers to spread Magi more evenly. It's ture, but one core here gives me around 13 khash, on the other side, an old Haswell based Pentium gives me 15 khash per core... Skylake CPU's have better per clock performance, and that Pentium is 2.9GHz, and my 6700K is 4.0GHz. what haswell is that, does it have hyperthreading, if your haswell have 2 cores or 4 withought hyperthereading and you put t2 or t4 in bat file you are hashing with full core, and if you put t8 on 6700k you are hashing with one thread 1/2 of core so 6700k is 26khash per core, 13 per thread and haswell pentium 15 per core. Post your bat file and name of pentium so we can know more. Skylake is only 5% faster per clock than dc haswell anyway |

bitcoin price is all over the place these days - I've been hovering around and under my investment target for the last three weeks but have never been there for more than a few hours... I think ICO collected btcs are not dumped today so btc start to rise again. Today is all about EOS tokens dumping by smart/big investors half bil$ dumped with 15X gain in a day. Wow whats the reason for that? Personal i don't know EOS. Is that currency dying? There must be a reason why so many people are dumping EOS? Would be nice of all those smart/big investors join in Magi (XMG)! Didn't pay much attention to EOS, it ICO'd this week - but seems like there is a huge pump right now - I suspect it will fall massively once the initial pump is over i dont know if EOS will rise or fall but it is smart to get out with 15X gain especially for big investors, small investors will wait for jackpot and probably burn but big ones already got jackpot with 15X gain in just 1 day, there was some talk about huge dumping of ICO collected BTCs and ETHS last 2 weeks by ICOs like Tezos, EOS... who collected hundreds of milions$ in them. |
