1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Just read the Post on 7 years of Mining on: November 15, 2018, 12:38:37 AM
Thanks for keeping this running all these years! I think I have been here about 3 of those years, grinding away. Very slowly until I got some L3+s. That little 20Mh Fish went out of profitability quickly... Sad

Peace,
J

When I try to open the 32bit windows version of 5.2, windows deletes the bfgminer.exe. says there is a Trojan in it. Skeeyah.C!plock ...

Is there a clean version available somewhere?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / I think I am missing a payment on: July 22, 2015, 03:42:35 PM
I found these 2 blocks, but my wallet only shows one deposit today (7/21)

185584: 2015-07-19 02:59:33 GMT-5 | PQZLmcX7Q1ar1BKSturSCmhR3KuaEh2i3n | paid
185346: 2015-07-17 18:10:55 GMT-5 | PQZLmcX7Q1ar1BKSturSCmhR3KuaEh2i3n | paid

When I click on the block link, I get some strange page that says I broke the internet...

Peace,
J

EDIT: All There Now!

Nice, Thanks.

These last few days have to have been a boost in income, especially with the guy who has 500TH here now. Has he/she been around long? I just started here 4 days ago. Found 1 block, hoping for 1 every 2 to 3 days with the 5.2TH I have pointed here....

Cool, thanks. I see I am fluctuating between 5th and 7th.

Have you made and decisions on changing the # of confirmations?

Thanks,
J

Just found my first Peercoin block! now for the confirmations...

I pointed 5.2TH at the site, took about 55 hrs... so by my calculation I did maybe 15-20% better than BTC at current prices... now for another quick block!!! Smiley
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Pool almost always says 0 hashrate on: July 07, 2015, 08:07:11 PM
My personal says 0 most of the time, I have seen it report close to the 5TH I have pointed at it, but on the bottom of the page it says it is 0 as well... is no one else pointed at this?

Also, the stat page does a time-out quite often....

Anyone else using this for Peercoin?

Hi, I am pretty new to this stuff and need some help...

I have 7 GAW Miner Furys (basically a 6 chip Blizzard it appears) and I was running BFGMiner 4.2.2 with zeus support.

I have it available for rent at Betarigs, but it started running into issues when pointed to some pools. The problem was the DIff would goto 2K on a pool that only had a 38 Diff. I guess there are 2 ways of putting out DIff, one needs to be divided by 8 (or some #...) and 4.2.2 was having issues identifying it.

So I changed to a newer CGMiner, but it does not produce the same HR as BFGminer did.

Can someone point me to where I can find a Win32/64 compiled executable that is Zeus compatible?

I've tried 5.2, but always get Device not found or similar error...

Thanks,
J
14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [DIY] - Reward $100 | Antminer S1/S3 Blade on Raspberry Pi on: February 24, 2015, 12:04:15 AM
would love to find a fairly simple way (since I have no more time for new projects) to hook 4 to 8 of my S3 blades together, have a unit that work on 8k Diff nounces (hash?)....

Keep up the good work!

15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3+ Discussion and Support Thread 0.24$/G Free Ocean Shipping on: January 17, 2015, 05:10:55 PM
Feel like I am late to this party. I just bought a 3 - S3s and 3 - S1s.

I underclocked and voltage modified the S1s to make them more effiecient.
Getting 140gH for 221W at the wall. (0.63GH/w) stock they run more like 0.42GH/w

I am currently running at two pool sites Triplemining.com and Ghash.io.

Not sure if I should devore purely to one, or is there a better site out there?

Peace,
J
