yeah, it was pretty useless wasting a whole week, screenshots and 10 emails trying to tell Patrick that the website lagged during a buy period.

I won't be using or recommending you again.  Good luck.

Hi bobcaticus,
I'm sorry to hear that. Generally, we will pay a refund if there was a malfunction of our trading platform, every time. As mentioned in our emails to you, we need a verifiable explanation of what exactly happened. You repeatedly said, that the market "lagged", but we cannot use this information for a refund. (We need something like: Tried to close the position X at 2015-03-26 12:00 UTC, but the market was not updating/website was down)
I read all your messages, again but I cannot find any details other than lagging and a reference to a position, which was open for less than a minute, in time-frame when we had no known problems.

Please also note, that we cannot refund missed market-entry opportunities, for logical reasons.
You are free to post all details here in the forum thread, of course. Maybe someone knows something about the problems you had.

best regards!

as per the emails i sent:

2. Position was possibly opened as expected, due to lag I did not see it hit live.
3. Tried to close position but 1Broker was unreachable for 2 or so minutes.
4. Position closed immediately.

Same shit happened here. When EU spiked, I couldn't do anything.
On a 2nd spike, website stopped responding.

Platform has to be worked a lot. Response time is too big.

Bottom one.

However, try to make it look more like a "flow" and less like a "drop".   Wink
Yeah, this boob licker is right. The bottom one is the nicest imo, but that drop doesn't remind of any "flow".

How can I be sure you'll be able to payout?
Thats a question you can ask many brokers. So of the following, how many have complained that they have not? .....

"1889 traders already placed 113699 orders"
If I believed every number I saw in my life I'd be dead.

Risking 20-50 btc to move them to a website isn't wise.
There's no information who's behind that site.

Move 20 btc to that site Smiley

How can we prove that you have enough funds to back the trades?

^ This.

I want to try with a bigger amount of BTC. (20+)
How can I be sure you'll be able to payout?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XSL coin | www.XSLdice.com on: March 12, 2015, 08:56:43 PM
At this point I am wondering how many coins the dev needs to buy at rock bottom price before he decides to fix this. Also website is NOT up!
Site works fine for me. Opens, etc. Can't gamble big amounts altho Sad

The site does load but what I meant is that you cant gamble any amounts as it says you can only gamble a negative amount (currently -46) So a gambling site that does not have any funds to gamble would be considered down would it not?
No, not really Cheesy I prefer to call it non functional. There's a difference Tongue

"Exchange owner added 1 btc at 70 satoshi. People sold their shares."

That isn't what I mean. You guys haven't done shit or even shared a plan of whats next since the end of the IPO. It is like you want a low price.
Isn't that batter imo? More people will buy cheap xsl. If you wanna get rich quick, grab a gun and rob a bank lmao

Are withdraws automatic or you're proceeding them manually?

edit: I also don't understand how does "investing" work?

Let's say I invest 0.5 btc, what would that mean?

We will give a chance to one lucky winner to earn 0.1 bitcoin. How?
Guess how many BTC will be collected by end of our Crowdfunding.
The person who comes closer to the number, will earn 0.1 bitcoin from us!

Simply post what you think, how many BTC will be collected?

Newbie accounts don't count.

If you own a twitter account and you retweet it, and you win, you prize gets doubled.
How many entries? I don't own a twitter account but I say 20 btc
