well it was a good discussion with mikemike this morning.
there are many things in the works as to how to move forward with the idea behind kore/vior.
aside from the fact that viorcoin dev seems to have disapeared I still am optomistic... well more hopeful that we will be able to move forward.
before that though I still wish for viorcoin dev to return and to help secure viorcoin as an entity before moving forward.
obviously we have all lost money and time through this venture, so I understand the apathy and anger you all must be feeling.
that being said I think that those who still support the idea and viorcoin should all get together to try to salvage what is left.
without the dev and the code for the payment gateway we will need to tag on voip software through a seperate avenue until we can get the service working through the wallet. This will probably have to be through an outside service.
if I or we do create that avenue rest assured it will honor the vior bagholders(even if viorcoin dev doesnt) by allowing the service to be used through viorcoin.

I'm very optimistic also, VOIP technology belongs on the blockchain away from prying eyes of snakes like the NSA. Even if a 3rd entity develops and gobbles up Vior and Kore with it, I will be glad, because the main reason I dumped thousands upon thousands into Vior is the fact that I like having secure video calls and the phone calling was just the cherry on top. |

time to consider creating a community based project to take over.......

Dev please release the source code or tell us your plan so that we can continue this project. I have an amazing dev with high level connections to propel this project forward as I mentioned before, you can reach me @AlphaProMega on Twitter since I can't always be on BCT with regards to the source code release. I'm sure we can also pay you to help cover your trouble if that's what it takes to release the code. Don't leave Vior to get delisted off of Bittrex. April 15 is just one week from here and I would like to know, whether you leave or not? Whether there is a merger or not?
As for now there is a big misinformation and that is definitely not helping to build the trust for your project.
Many possible users already got tired of that terrible PR handling.
PS. Bitcoin carpenter, please do not respond instead of Dev. I do believe that writing one or two sentences is not such a big effort, isn't it?
Any news dev?, still things uncertain I spoke with a very successful programmer and business man who I've known for over 15 years and once he finishes his current projects he's willing to take on the development of Vior if the original Dev can't continue. Like most of us, I refuse to stand idly by as this brilliant project comes to a complete halt. Please let me know if you'd like to pass off the project or to team up with this outstanding developer whom I have discussed this matter with. Cheers!  |

The merge is a very good idea IMHO. Without restarting the project there is no way to join kore with voir coin. In other words no kore 3.0 means no merger. If eurbids and viorcoin decided to join forces this could still happen, but it's a long shot. The other option could be an asset exchange that allowed both coins to be used for similar services. Tough situation. I have faith, with or without Kore, Vior will shine and grow. It will take time and I will continue to hold my ridiculously giant wallet while I use my spare BTC on other sky rocketing shuttles like Crave. Vior dev is amazing, he just hit a big bump and I'm sure once he's figured out how to move forward he will let us know. Plus the entire Vior community is willing to help if he needs anything, just like I made video guides on how to make Vior calls and continue to advertise Vior for free voluntarily on my channel. We all love the idea of no spying on our video and audio calls and 25% CAS is amazing for earning enough to make calls for free, so keep stacking my friends I'm sure it will be worth it long term. Hopefully though we can have more updates from the dev, it was nice when he let us know that he's working on a new GUI recently, but we need more than that as investors in this brilliant project of course. |

Can someone remind me, if there was any timeline for the release of ViorNumber? @Dev: can you provided us with an update on the progress of this development and ETA, in case this was not already mentioned in this thread? ViorNumber: a virtual phone number running on Voircalls network. Programming can take a long time to refine, and catch all bugs and glitches before releasing to the public. |

I'm taking a break from waiting, and I just broke up with my fiancee after 7 months, because I've got GreyGoo.  No way man.. Werent you in russia a week or so ago? i know iam waiting for updates BC, and its obvious the whole community does, hence the silence in the thread since 'fud'.. Yeah dude, just broke up with my fiancee in Russia, because she was acting crazy. So completely different than the woman I loved. I'm back in Toronto now, maybe I'll go to Egypt soon to see family or find a new wife, but at least I've got VIOR to call anyone I want in the world while I'm playing GreyGoo! I feel like a top 1% of crypto, LOL! I love bagholding coins! hahaha i mainly buy when people dump hard but i will wait for update to grab some more coins. Common dev you can do it  I have seen too many updates to stop buying VIOR, I bought from 1k-14k each and still keep putting a little bit more every week or month into it. didnt think that price will sit at 3k again. fud really hurted the price Keep accumulating, Sir. |

its been cheaper than skype for me so far, havent used it too much over one month but i havent had a skype bill in a month either Yeah I'm happy to stop using Rebtel to call Russia from Canada, now I use VIOR and save a fortune!  |

I'm working on building BitPhone.net a BitCoin Payphone.
I'm not sure I like the idea of a "phone coin" like Voircoin. This seems to complicate things too much. Why not just use Bitcoin to pay for the calls? Why create a new crypto around it?
So we can have video chat, and SMS, and private numbers, and proof of stake.. and... there's so much more potential. |

I think it is a long shot to be added by voting look at the top coins on the list. They have so much more votes and yet they are still not listed. We should pay to be added on bter Yes, will be hard, but i cast my votes when i can only 36000 more votes to take #1 spot,, what's the big deal about BTER anyway, community should come together and help pay for advertising if dev doesn't already have plans. I don't think we need to be #1, they probably pick one of the top 20. |

guys, whoever was complaining about having only one exchange, please vote.
On C-Cex we have only one vote so far, and that is my vote. If this coin is to move anywhere the community has to deliver something.
I just opened an account wit c-cex. Would vote in few minutes. My question is cant the developer talk to the exchange and get vior directly listed there? I think its possible, but costs btc So that can be accumulated in a wallet and then the developer can directly get Voir listed on the exchange. Thats a lot better than individual voting. Just my 2 cents. I agree, Dev ask exchanges how much we need to pay them to have VIOR hosted and we can donate towards it! |
