In my experience this isn't true, although it is much possible you might be asked for these documents at some point in the future. I've never been asked for any sort of documents by the registrar, and with previous .my domain transfers I've done there's never been any issues with documents.

5BTC ? On this forum? In what world are you living in?
Someone will buy it for 5BTC if he needs it rather than keeping it as a real estate. You wont get immediate buyers at that rate.
5BTC is a bargain for this domain, I could probably get much more in the long term but due to my current financial situation I need to liquidate this rather fast.
