same here... coins are not in the finished field...but money is gone

Hallo,
habe insgesammt 2 Bitcoins in einen Thumbler an meine Wallet Id gesendet, jedenfalls war das der Plan.
Nun ist das aber nicht in meiner Wallet angekommen, sondern irgendwie an die Absender Adresse,
und nun kann ich in der Blockchaine zwar sehen das dort Geld liegt, kann es aber nciht auszahlen der verwenden.
Was mache ich denn nun am besten ?
Habe sowohl dem Thumbler geschriebn wie auch Blockchain....bisher keine rückmeldung...
Sind de coins weg ?
