Would Ubuntu One or other online synchronizing services provide a reasonably safe solution for syncing my wallet file between computers now that the wallet file in automatically encrypted by bitcoin?

I know this thread began by answering this question, but since all of the answers (and most "securing your wallet" documents for that matter) were written before the implementation of wallet encryption in 0.4.0 I thought I'd ask again.  I know syncing would not be sufficient to protect against loss, and I should still keep the wallet file backed up elsewhere.  I also know that my transaction history would still be accessible if the file is stolen.  However, would synchronizing my encrypted wallet file still be vulnerable to theft provided my encryption password is secure?
