So far, with delays, but they did my withdrawals. So I have some relief now. Still I have funds in my account. We will see how their system will behave in the future. I not trying to induce anybody, but IF it looks stable I will put more money in my account for trading. Good luck to everybody.

I see no more complaints. Perhaps fiat has been received. Let me know please. I have some fiat withdrawal pending.

Curious to know how many people have filed a complaint with Fair Trading?
Not yet. But soon I will.

A new account may only mean that having a problem and wondering whom to turn to for advice, they came here.  I can assure you, I created my account here on bitcointalk many years ago. I pop in from time to time to read comments.

I'm in the middle of an Igot nightmare with what, to me, is a large amount of money that now seems to have disappeared into thin air almost a month after I first tried to withdraw it.  I know how the other posters feel and have also had the bizarre, contradictory messages from Julie.

I am an older member.  I've been emailing Dan as per his suggestion since April 20th, and while he may be polite and responds quickly, it still doesn't change the appalling experience you can expect from Igot.

2 new accounts created claiming they got scammed by igot.com, why no older member claims this only newly registred users?

The same happened to me. I could withdraw some fiat about a month ago. Then order BTC withdraw and some more fiat, but since more than 3 weeks they have not executed these orders. Yes, Dan answers the e-mails, but the guy has no power, he is just some sort of psychologist, a if we need therapy. Nooooooo! what we need is just our money. Mark from support and others said that by Monday, tomorrow 8/6/2015, the bank account in Australia will be unblocked, and able to send fiat. As per them, it was blocked because of a fraudulent transaction (?), but what a coincidence that the platform was also upgrading (?). If they do not resume their services normally, we should complaint to the respective Australian authorities (Department of Fair Trading, Police, Commonwealth Bank). Check this: http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/ftw/About_us/Contact_us.page?

@sankale I know that in Kenya that amount is a fortune. They are destroying your economy and your family future; moreover, having kids involved it is thousands times worse. That is called cruelty. Abusing the most vulnerable in the world. Big shame for them. God will protect you and your family. God will make justice. Bless you and your family.

Theyve told me via support ticket now that my Bitcoin withdrawal will be processed monday.. If it isnt I will be perusing avenues with the Australian authorities as they are an Australian registered business (Department of Fair Trading, Police, Commonwealth Bank). I would recommend everyone do the same.
Can you give us the email and contact numbers of this Department in Australia? I also advise all customers to take screen prints for documentation, just in case they plug off.

The same with me. I am "glad" I found this forum about iGot, but I wish it would never be in such circumstances. I am in UAE. They opened here with trumps and drums in 2014.
I withdrew some fiat, but it took about 2 weeks to clear into my bank account. Now I am stuck with another fiat withdraw for about 3 weeks! I have been e-mailing with Dan. The same answers all the time: upgrading, bank issues, hackers, DDOS, illegal transactions, etc, etc. I really do not what is going on, and how much is truth or just BS. Dan, Mark and their representative in UAE all said that by this Monday 8/6/2015 iGot's bank account will be unblocked. Hope so. Otherwise, they will face lots of troubles worldwide. By now I do not want to add more timber to the fire, and see what happens next week.
Regards

Good that this issue has been apparently solved. Igot has a decent reputation. However, even individual distress can affect solid reputations.

Maybe we were paying to a fake LTC-G site, and even the actual one is also fake, and we are dealing with a fake Chris now, while the real non-fake Chris may never has existed since the beginning. Are we also fake? Could it be another Vanilla Sky? Shocked

WHAT NERVES!!!!!!!!!!
This guy is a real psychopath. Obviously he is massaging the books. He is lubricating our assess Embarrassed. Guess what will be he next movement? He will announce that after discounting this so-called maintenance "tax" there is no money left, and either he will have to close the company or allow him several months to recover. This whole story is just to have an excuse. He is trying to save his own psychopathic devil's ass. He is constructing an alibi for his forthcoming lawsuits, most likely from the Romanian IRS and/or investors. He is deep shit.

Maybe is part of his defense. I know he is under a lot of pressure (cannot give more info on this process). Some versions says he was trying to run away, but now he can't.
Well, this an e-mail I just received from scambase:
Dear registered Users.
Thank you for your Support and infos over the last Months.

We have achieved some things.
We have got the information of the WhoIs Database of LTCGear.com and Hashprofit.com.
These informations are needed to get legal claims against them.

Owr lawer from France got this information for us. It is a very slow and very bothering act to get all the informations needed. A name can always be changed or a address. That is the internet.:-(
It took some time to find out registration addresses pointed to the ISP and there is the next step we need the official information of the ISPīs.

ISP / host firms like godaddy.com and so on always need to back up their IP given to the user day and time. There for we are confident that the informations are right.

The whole "Step one" Cost a couple of hundred dollars / Euros (800 Euros) to pay the lawer.

We are intereseted in future work and getting these guys to pay us and even more it would be a nice side affect if they even get their justice.
Please donate us:

thanks you

your Scambase

That Garza, cannot even deserve title of scumbag, but cum-bag, is also of the lowest class, and surrounded by even lowest sub-servants and butlers. The good thing is that is being investigated by the SEC (another bunch of ...whatever!). Dog eating dog. All these psychopaths has been clustered themselves. Actually, the youtube videos I attached in my previous post are two famous salsa songs talking about these kinds of individuals. From my side, I will tell them to roll the bills and the stacks of coins and introduce into their...(guess?) Cool

djm34, Definitely, ignorance means arrogance. I am not going to discuss more this issue with a person who has no idea where is standing. I am not being induced by your provocative statements. You do not deserve more. It is extremely suspicious the defense you exhibit for this fraud of LTCG. I wonder if you are that individual Chris, or his wife, or his partner, or just whatever. Actually, the Ashininka Nation is recognized by the UN and international courts, as a protected territory vital for the humanity. For instance, if you are alive, either living or not a pathetic life, does not matter, is because the oxygen you breath is coming from our rain forest. We have our own lawyers from the community. So, what is the conclusion about you? How can you qualify yourself? You only have the answer inside your mind.
