In a week we are going to release a new wallet.
It will be the pre-release of the final version, that will include e new playable 16bit game and a full emulator.
A new botton will be available in the next version, it will bring you to a complete game database, where you can chose the game and play with in the wallet itself.
A full documentation and an how-to use guide will be put in the wallet directory.
Plus we are working to a mobile version of the wallet, more detail will be announced next week.

The game is a BETA TEST
We suggest the community to play as much as possible to test, and report problems or bug while playing here on thread.
That's only the very first step.
Next step will be to include a new game(to test wallet stability).
Then we will start trying to include MAME 16bit games in wallet.

Nice coin, love 8Bit! Haven't sold 8bit, only build up masternodes with them (14 running now) Lost 224 coins because of 2 corrupt wallet.dat files (...it was my fault, both killed in about 2 min after making them and my backup program wasn't fast enough... -> ok thats life) One thing, if you setup maternodes and have the problem that it's not working (and you did port-forwarding and setup correct) the problem is your router!!!!!! I changed from ISP to an older netgear and everything was working fine. Dev, thanks for your hard work! I think it's not necessary that you deliver as fast as possible -> much more important is a "safe working coin" so take all the time you need to do this! I like the understatement style you work, this will get huge in the long run. Community, do you realy want a PR-Manager soon? Think about it, now you can buy cheap coins for the long run |

THIS IS NOT A COIN DAYCARE! and I can`t scream that loud enough.
You and only you are responsible for your investments. If you value them you will not treat them as a game or take them lightly.
Funny how the ones that cared about their investment got them moved with little or no problems and are happy now.

Ive done everything within my reach to make my MN work with no success. I ran out of ideas. Im starting to think that has something to do with my ISP.
i set my isp modem/router to modem only mode and it works pefekt with a netgear router. The Portforwarding from the ISP router doesn't work for me. try another router! |

I finally got my first MN up in time! A word of warning do not try to set up MN through an Apple Airport Extreme. I had to go get a netgear to be able to use port forwarding.

Sometimes ISP blocking certain PORT, you can try this.. -Download Security kiss tunnell, RUN it.. klick CONNECT.. -Now look on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ that your IP.. you can see PORT on Security kiss app -> change server.. -Put Security kiss tunnell PORT on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ PORT then klick check port.. -If success copy IP and PORT change your 8bit.conf masternodeaddr=YOUR_IP:YOUR_PORT, restart wallet -Go to consol type masternode start  THANK's, rly easy to use and it's working now! successfully started masternode you are redirecting your whole traffic through a free vpn service in romania? this is again a really bad idea concerning security ( they can read your whole traffic and manipulate it.. they can hack your system - no more firewall ) but at least you know it's a router problem.. i only used it for testing, but thanks for the security warning. i solved the problem - set the fu..ing modem/router to modem only mode and take an older netgear router. Activated portforwarding and seconds later everything is working. ...no idea why it's not working on the other one, but ok, solved -> M8BWNNRFMNdak68c thanks for all! One last question -> i have 112 coins in one input for the masternode, are the other coins in the other inputs stake during masternode is running or should i transfer them to another wallet? |

its not really, he was contracted to fixed the botched code (which he did beautifully)
thats not the official repo though... there is a commit missing that will hinder compilation in the main repo that should be merged shorty so I would recommend keeping an eye on the official repo from this point on.
Yep I will be pulling my repo down soon after its merged. For some reason having a repo with the word anal in it isnt great for business  dont be ashamed sir, your anal is amazing. wait some years, than you will say proud: i did the fork in the beginning - amazing what happend to this |

by the way.. i can confirm your port 9800 is working correctly.. the internet can access your rpc.. we also know your password ^^ but your coins are save, as long as you leave rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 we are not allowed to access: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

but you should remove forewarding of 9800 ! thank you! ok, wasn't a good idea to take this pw^^ -> now i think i understand this rpc things tested all with another pc, same problem with "not capable masternode: Could not connect to" all ports closed now - but it worked from WAN to LAN as you tested and not in the other direction. So, should this be rly a problem with the router? This options i can change on the router, but i think it's ok? WAN-Sperrung -> Not Active IPSec Forward -> Active PPTP Forward -> Active Multicast -> Active UPnP -> Active Firewall was off for testing. Both PCs configured with static ip - and on both everything else is running without any problems, so i think it's also not a problem with the windows config? ...so anybody an idea what's wrong with my router? thanks for help - special this security problem! |

Hi, first of all, Dev, fantastic work!!! I would like to setup a masternode, but it's the first time an something went wrong. I got this error: not capable masternode: Could not connect to 213.47.7.54:9999 I'm using a cable modem with built in router. The IP is correct, i have checked several times. I used the Port forwarding function from my router to my local IP 192.168.0.2 and opend 9999 with TCP. I tested with several Ports (9999, 9990, 9586, 9800...) I also restart the router etc. For testing i turned Windows Firewall, Avast Antivir and Router Firewall to OFF. Windows is Ver 8.1 Pro 64bit (--> maybe need 8bit Version ) This is my config file: (don't understand this rpc things, should i change something there?) rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcuser=YourUserName rpcpassword=YourRPCPassword rpcport=9800 server=1 daemon=1 listen=1 staking=0 port=9999 masternodeaddr=213.47.7.54:9999 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey= "myKey" Someone an idea? Thanks for help. |
