1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Snowballs is a scam, dev keeps forking it in hopes it will "gain value" on: March 14, 2015, 04:43:25 AM
Let's talk about Gorillastake, as i've looked there's no sign or information about data protection, privacy agreement or any terms of business / customer agreements etc. So there's an open door for you to just sell their addresses for hard cash to refinance your whole "business". How shady is that?! Angry

Also i'am wondering if your online shop is even legal, it would be a surprise if you pay taxes for it! Grin

And there's no postal address or phone number in the contact, so have you something to hide if you want to sell us something?!

Oh and could it be that you don't like to name the manufacturer of your system board of your tiny staking machines? It's Raspberry Pi!

Ah, look what he just wrote on C-Cex in the Trollbox:

As you see he will speed up BALLS again as soon as he bought enough coins for a cheap price, then he will probably dump them when the price is high again. What a greedy plan!

The dude is undoubtedly a scourge of the community. Hopefully somebody slaps him with a lawsuit one of these days.

Maybe the raspberry foundation, i doubt he asked them for resell their pi under his own name. No wonder he didn't mention in the description of his staking hardware the raspberry pi. Also this could be the reason why he was banned several times on here.

Instead of changing names, he's releasing another shit coin and let his previous coin bagholders alone.

Any particular reason why supporters of BALLS weren't told about this coin?  Seems very shady to me...

I've been talking about it for over 2 weeks

True lie! Nothing was mentioned to the BALLS owners in the Snowballs thread!

And now he let BALLS price just flushing down the toilet. What a great dev!

The worst part is that he doesn't care about his previous coins (MMXIV and BALLS) if they aren't performing well at exchanges.

Just look in which ANN thread he's most active right now, right there were you can get the BTC out of it!

And what he wrote in the other threads? "No", "LOL" as answers to questions from concerned bagholders.

That's the most sad part of the story!

First MMXIV, then BALLS and now 10k. Concerned MMXIV and BALLS owners receiving dumb comments from him in the ANN threads or he just deletes anything that doesn't fit in.
As long as 10k performing good on exchanges and the wallet is running fine you will see him regulary on this thread. But as soon a problem occur (falling price/stake problems) he will hide or post useless comments.

Just look at BALLS, he messed up with the coin left owners with their questions and problems alone and only wrote in the MMXIV thread because it performed better on exchanges.

He announced 10k on his twitter account before he even announced it here for all. In the meanwhile he and his close buddies could mine it earlier. The first and only public mining pool at this time was running in maintenance mode so only a few special users could mine 10k. Difficulty was already too high for solomining with small asics. After that he tweaked the old wallet and released it here on BCT. I'am sure they imported their already mined 10k's to the new one.

Also look at the so called staking hardware, it's a raspberry pi! It's totally overpriced. You can build it on your own and thanks to the many tutorials you can also compile and setup the wallet for yourself.

As for the "Yeti", i wouldn't lay all my trust on it to be safe and secure on the internet. Also the network performance of the raspberry pi isn't good for such things.

But i wonder what "experiment" will come next to fill his pockets. 50k coin?! Cheesy
