Of course we are not hacked, I posted a notification of oncoming maintenance in advance (and then that malleability issue hit "just in time").
I'm really sorry for this delay, just decided to deploy more updates and fixes to our payment system since I'm already at it.
I'm planning to run all pending autopayments tomorrow and then I'll post a notification about current state.

Yes, additional work is needed because of that "transaction malleability" problem. Sorry for delays, but it's something that should be fixed. As you may know, MtGox and some bitcoin exchanges also had to temporarily suspend payments until this issue is resolved. |

I login with my username and password and try do initiate a payout to my wallet (note: the wallet is the SAME wallet I used when I registered the account back in 2011 and it is the SAME wallet I've previously done payout to).
The payout page says I need to check my email for confirmation. But.. my email hosting provider has SHUT DOWN, that is COMPLETELY OUT OF MY CONTROL.
Help your customer, fix the email confirmation. You dont have to change the email since I know you cant. Problem solved. Please note that I recommend disabling autopayment in your case because it will only send 1.60 BTC, leaving 0.00661881 there. Instead you can request a manual payment, copying the entire amount to the request form this evening, when hot wallet will be refilled. |

I arose, the next problem. At withdrawal, transfer to a page where specified that payment proizogla "Your payment was just sent to you.", but with no account and deducted on the statistics page is not specified payment. What could be the problem???
If it's not your last payment then you can just enable autopayment and it will be issued automatically when possible. If it's your last payment or you want to withdraw the entire amount down to sub-cents, then do not rely on autopayment, just try again tomorrow, when it will be fixed. |

Some clarification:
"Please_wait_for_autopayment!" message in most cases is shown when hot wallet is empty or you want to withdraw more than it contains at this moment. Usually hot wallet is refilled daily if empty. If you want to withdraw a substantial amount (tens of BTC), you can e-mail me so I can perform an additional refill for your request.
"Please_wait_2_minutes!" means that you are clicking that button again.
I'm running some maintenance at this moment, so payments may be declined. Normal operation will be resumed tomorrow.

How, exactly, would an admin stop a payment that has been made? The point I'm making is it hasn't been made yet since the wallet hasn't received the bitcoins (and hasn't for the last few hours since it happened) Bitcoin doesn't works this way. In most cases a transaction can't be cancelled after being broadcast already, even if you didn't received it with your wallet. |

I've been trying to get a payment out of deepbit for about a week now on and off and haven't had any luck. I figure since it sounds like other people are having trouble getting payments out that I would report my issue as well  Have you tried to send an e-mail about your problem ? |

Помнится глядел (первый вариант, вроде) показался сыроватым, не рабочим. Может и ошибся во взгляде.
Проясните ситуацию ? На днях в API добавлена поддержка постоянно действующих ключей, теперь работать стало удобнее. SharpTrader - рабочий, просто это шаблон, подразумевающий реализацию нужной функциональности самим игроком. Изначально он просто ничего и не должен был делать, только предоставлять функции работы с API. "После сборки доработать напильником". |

Мы же говорим о юзабилити. Можно-то оно можно, вопрос о том, насколько это удобно, тыкать в другую вкладку, потом выбирать из списка отображать 100 позиций , и глазами искать среди сливающихся в одну кучу buy/sell ордеров. Зачем в другую вкладку ? В основной торговой вкладке ниже окна нового ордера расположен виджет Balances с указанием всех позиций и обеспечения по ним. Если же речь про маржинколл, то тут лицо вообще повёрнуто во всю ширь - в случае беды можно попросить админа не маржинколлить даже если ещё 0 подтверждений, он может указать в системе задержку закрытия для данного клиента. Просить админа это лицо? О_О , странное какое-то понимание о лицах. На большинстве бирж давно 3 подтверждения , и ничего, живут как-то. Разумеется. Если человек не подготовился по своей вине - то может попросить об одолжении или предупредить о том, что транзакция не успела дойти. Насколько мне известно, на Мтгоксе - 6 подтверждений, на BTCchina - 5. В стандартном клиенте - 6. Как я уже сказал, мы планируем снижение этого числа, в зависимости от объёма. |

Вообще то это простая формула из 4-5 параметров, Достаточно ее написать и указать где можно узнать значение того или иного параметра. Вы же говорите что это должен считать сам клиент.. но не сказано нигде КАК он должен считать, по каким формулам. Если речь про формулу, по которой считается цветной индикатор Margin% - то она явно написана в правилах ( https://icbit.se/rules ), если она достигает 0% или ниже - то возможен маржинколл. |

Отвечу на часть вопросов: Это и отображение в основном окне списка всех приобретенных контрактов и вариационную маржу по каждому. Обеспечение не просто в % , а где-то внятные предупреждения, мол срочно пополните счет на х.хх , иначе позиции (список) будут закрыты по цене zz.z с потерей a.aa. О том, на сколько надо пополнить - учтём и посоветуемся. 6 подтверждений при пополнении , это тоже далеко не лицо. Мне все время тут кажется что ув. Tycho знает что-то, чего не знаем мы. Может это все и объясняет, но хорошо бы сократить это время до 3-х, а с 1 подтверждения хотя бы не закрывать позиции, покрытые этой суммой. 6 подтверждений - это "индустриальный стандарт". У всех серьёзных организаций так, даже у Вебмани. У нас запланировано уменьшение этого числа для мелких транзакций в определённых пределах в будущем, но пока ещё не реализовано. Буквально несколько дней назад убрали Last из шапки в связи с тем, что он более не нужен - цена клиринга теперь выставляется по среднему значению за последний час торгов (по многочисленным просьбам игроков, для снижения манипуляций). Если вам для своих целей - можете просто смотреть самое верхнее значение в окне T&S. Ну и да, внятное описание биржи, основных сделок хоть на каком языке. Простейшие операции: , вот смотрите, мы купили столько-то по той-то цене, вар маржа такая-то , вот закрыли позиции, вот так рассчитали доход. Туториал готовится. |

I mined at this pool (deepbit) and totally made 122+ coins. But there is 51.6+ coins on my account right now and i cant withdraw it. Any time i get messages "Please_wait_for_autopayment!" or "Please_wait_2_minutes!". Tips and tricks: People tend to withdraw much more bitcoins when bitcoin price is rising, so it's frequently less than 50 BTC at at time in our hot wallet. You may try to request smaller payments - like 2 payments of 25.8 each or 5 payments of 10.32 instead of one big 51.6 BTC payment in such case. |
