Judging from the price trend, EDG seems dead. Is it or just bleeding?
if seen from the charts the price of this token continues to decline even though a lot has been done by the team to increase the volume but maybe investors have been less interested so that prices in the market continue to fall and hopefully can be up again because the team is trying so hard with all this development projects

The team is splendid, no doubt. The only project with such team and such price?!

Looks like the pump is over. Was it for the binance DEX expectation?

I see a lot of casinos are introducing blockchain technology, but how many of them have a license? Do Edgeless have EU online gambling license from any gaming authority?

Yes, Edgeless has it. RTFM.

I think there are very few crypto casino, which would have a license, it gives them a great advantage over the rest

I'm on the same opinion. Plus the fact that Edgeless is based on smart contracts -- fully decentralized,
unlike most casinos which accept crypto but are based on the same old shitty centralized model.

Quite disappointing! Yet no poker... WTF are you waiting for, EDG team?!

What about the attack vector related to the masternodes? Given that I own 38,250,000 WGR, which is 51% of all masternodes (3000 AFAIK), how will the Wagerr consensus hinder the 51% attack?

Bullish on Wagerr since ICO, however I think it should be listen on Binance/Bittrex soon too it will bring more volume and access for buyers/gamblers. New wallet + exchange is mega bull under any conditions

it cannot be listed on those exchanges because of its gambling nature.  or some shit like that.  trust me i dreamed of that long ago but that ship has sailed.  it is to bad for it seems to be a good project, but it is stifled by being on this no name exch's. UGH.

it made a nice run once, hope it can do it again.

What about Cosmos network? Its platform can be valuable, can't it?

Binance would be great! BTW, how is the JS version of the wallet coming along? Will it be available by the end of the month?
Nice catch with the Lotto game Wagerr team, good job!

Tippy summed it up really well in his reply when asked in the main Telegram channel earlier today - "Small scale focused testing on odds and events feed. You can see the events here https://explorer2.wagerr.com/#/betevents

Ensuring this is working correctly is not about getting betting back as soon as possible, it's about laying the groundwork for the type of functioning that allows easier transition to consensus Oracle data down the line."

Couldn't have said it better myself.  As with the QT wallet, extra time spent here should end up being well worth it.

QT (and any other IDE) is the hugest waste of time so the migration to JS warms my confidence about the current and future development. Would you be so kind to share some insider info about the frameworks / libs in use? Please, don't tell me you are using the biggest shit out there -- Angular! If it's Electron (https://electronjs.org/) and React / Vue -- congrats, good choice!

Well, there certainly are not stupid guys working out. But I agree with you very much, it is easier to make a link online than to download the whole blockchain before each bet.

That's called light wallet, usually based on the Merkle tree algo.

There are polite ways of asking the same question. People are wondering if it will get listed on a tier 1 exchange or any more mid level exchanges. This will help the trading volume and as a result a better CMC ranking - which equals more investors

...

All of those who ask about exchanges here also should try to make themselves heard to exchanges that they would like personally, often they will outright ask users directly like this one from just a few hours ago - https://twitter.com/Binance_DEX/status/1119316300650532865

Idiot! There is not a single serious exchange that trades WGR! That's a big issue.

You should really stick to just positively promoting EDG in their thread, instead of these often-vulgar rants here in ours.  Not sure why the mods allow it to continue for so long when you've made so many false accusations and just general FUD here in the not-so-distant past.

With that said, legit concerns are always welcome - as long as it is constructive, at least halfway polite, and doesn't devolve into trolling.  It's not like these are some hugely unfair and unnecessary requirements either, it's just common sense and common courtesy.

Did I ask for advice? And last but not least -- who the fuck are you to give slope of my dick? Do your job and stay quietly situated, that's all about your jurisdiction.

From Edgeless Telegram:
Quote
Hi guys.  For poker, sports betting Edgeless needs more players in the casino. That is why for 2019 the primary goal is to acquire users as fast as possible and select priorities related to the current situation in order to stimulate growth. Why Edgeless needs to select priorities - as Tomas wrote,  Edgeless is a team from 20 people. Edgeless is not a corporation but rather a startup. In 2018 lesson was learned - the team cannot do a few big projects at the same time. That's why Edgeless started to use lean process since 2019. As you probably remember, in January the team wrote how will acquire users faster. I will remind it 1) New games. As promised -> The roulette was launched. Stats show that users like it. Edgeless’ Roulette has become the second favorite game since it's release.  New game "Treasure Hunt" will be launched soon. After it Edgeless will work on more games 2) Developing an even better Jackpot. Probably you saw, the team tried a few Jackpot concepts (for example Jackpot for 4 weeks in a row. Over 100,000 Jackpot keys were given to the players. Now the team tests new idea when the winner will be selected in June. The Jackpot was Edgeless promise to the holders, and the team kept this promise too 3. Implementing a bonuses and promotions system. This is the key update. All major casinos have promotion systems. But these updates leave the casino vulnerable to wagering abuse and fraudulent users. To avoid such instances casino must ensure that there are no gaps in the system. Bonuses and promotions system has a bigger scope of coding than the Edgeless team expected. That is why for Edgeless it takes more time to launch it. Last week Edvinas sent a video where you could see how bonuses and promotions system will look. This update will be released, and the team will keep this promise too.
To sum up: Edgeless has tools, strategy for acquiring users faster. Edgeless games and Jackpot show that it works. The team believes new games, bonuses, and promotions system should help to grow faster. When there will be more players in the casino, then the team will focus on poker, sports betting. Every month Edvinas is sharing on what the dev team is working, what are the priorities. So when poker, sports betting will be #1 priority you will be the first to hear it.

So it seems that 2019 is a make or break it year for the Edgeless casino. For investors, you wouldn't have to wait until next year to judge if the dev team is doing their jobs or not.

Somehow disappointing. Wasn't poker the major goal?! Besides, sports' betting is already being actively developed by other companies which makes me wonder about its importance when the most intriguing games is missing -- poker!

Being able to bet without downloading the wallet is going to be a game changer that can bring wagerr to the masses. HTML5 is cross platform which means even the linux and mac dudes can get in on the action, no-one is left out

It's not HTML5 that matters, it's JavaScript. Whatever. This decision is the right way.

So currently we have some shady pool, called beepool, which is mining almost 70% of the blocks. It would not look suspicion, if the beneficiaries weren't only 200. WDF!?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] æternity blockchain ∞ AE TOKEN ∞ [PoW & PoS | Oracles | Smart Contract on: November 18, 2018, 08:51:45 PM
Should I hurry to migrate AE tokens to AE address? As I see there will be several phases. So we have more than enough time for it.
you are right. But you'd better migrate before mainnet, because the next opportunity is several years later and need hard fork which take a little risk.

Actually, the next opprotunity will be the first hardfork after Mainnet launch - February 2019. However, I would also suggest migrating before Mainnet launch.

Best,
Vlad

Mainnet launch is this month?

How is the poker game coming? Will we see it in Q4?

Price is pumping, but still quite low right now. I don't think there is a rush to get it onto the big exchanges yet, Wagerr price needs to increase so project team can pay for the listing fees. If it can list on kucoin that would be good enough

+1

This is no pump, just newcomers starting to realize the potential. Pump would be beyond 30K satoshis.
