That Bitcoins, as a decentralized currency, can be useful for criminal activities is obvious to anyone with half a brain. Trying to whitewash that is futile, and in doing so you may end up looking like you're trying to cover things up.

If you feel there's an image problem getting in the way of what you feel Bitcoin should achieve, focus on getting goods and services offered that are more palatable to you.

Illegal goods and services are the best use for Bitcoins at the moment. All the legal things one could buy with Bitcoins can already be easily bought with credit cards and cash.

I seem to have a sender lined up for all the letters. Thanks to all!

I'm looking for a few people in the EU to send me a letter. I want 6 letters in total, three of which can be anything really, and three will require access to a color printer. I also have a couple of minor requests regarding the envelope.

I'd prefer a different origin, preferably a different country, for each of these.

For the free-form letters I will pay 3 BTC each, 2 in advance and one on receipt. For the printed ones, 5 BTC each - 3 in advance, 2 on receipt.
