No, it only happens if there's a crash or system failure when a roll or withdrawal is executing. It can also happen if a player uses software to place many simultaneous bets/withdrawals that get queued and eventually times out. If any of this happens, we reset the system state and the user can roll and withdraw again. I have only seen this problem being reported once and that player could continue to play/withdraw after we reset him.
If anyone is having this problem, please try again now, I just reset the system. Timmesen, sorry for the slow response, I gave you a 0.1 bonus and hope it compensates.
