Actually this website looks pretty useful:

http://bitwiseshiftleft.github.com/sjcl/demo/

Darn, doesn't have symmetric key encryption though. Can take the lib though and make a page using it I guess since it has symmetric key support in it, just needs a gui. Just want to know if someone is already hosting a site that does this.

I don't get it... the whole point of crypto currency is that you'd don't havto trust anyone. So why would anyone use a currency with centralized control? We already have that with the dollar.

Anyone know of a website with a JavaScript version of pgp? Trying to see how to use GPG on iPad for free. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks!
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Building trading system for bit coin? on: October 29, 2011, 08:15:16 PM
Hi, I'm new to bit coin but not at all new to financial markets. Nice to meet everyone. I think that the concept is great and have been buying some lately. My main complaint is that trading fees are much too high to create a profitable short term trading system for btc. Also, I'm not sure where to get tick data for bit coin that would be useful for backtesting. Any ideas would be great

Also I know bit coin is one word it's this stupid iPad keeps "correcting" it...
