It’s been a busy month behind the curtains with many exciting things coming to fruition.

Dividends

This months dividends we saw some very nice returns. All Series Ventures assets paid out this month with the clear winner being FIATX with a whopping 0.239 NXT per asset payout. Our umbrella asset BTCOR saw a modest return of 0.155 NXT per asset payout. After last month's results and small capital to work with from the MS tickets, this result is quite extraordinary. This is just getting too serious. It looks like early series venture shareholders will be receiving 100% ROI this month. That means after two months and two dividends, those who bought Series Venture Assets at the initial offering of 1 nxt per share will receive 100% ROI
I really need to revisit how this is going to work going forward

I have begun the backing of assets now with tangible wealth as follows;

Also, beginning next month, weekly dividends will be distributed every weekend, possibly with a bonus EOM dividend for the best performing Series Venture

Additional profits will distributed be between BTCOR and Series Ventures to ensure shareholder value is maintained by backing them with the tangible wealth component. (edited)

Trying to get my head around a fair price for these assets is an absolute mind explosion. Because of the hard wealth backing the assets as above, also with the purchases of Silver Supernet coins (photos to follow once they arrive) and the consistant dividends to be paid every week (BTCOR will remain at EOM) I need more IQ to figure this out

Hi everyone… ‘Happy Easter Sunday’ … whatever it means to you.
Family is what it is all about for me and being thankful for what I have.

You may or may not have noticed that the last tranche of 5k at 3.75 has been removed from sells for btcor.
In consideration of our current shareholders, this month will remain at 59969 shares released.
This is to ensure that the dilution remains stable going forward. It is imperative that btcor retains a minimum of 0.1 next per share. This months trading will certainly shed light on our current distribution parameters.

The Series Assets offerings.. fiatx etc. carry no weight in terms of btcor shareholders so they remain live at this time. They will also be capped at the 10k release, again to ensure that the dilution remains stable going forward.
There is no way to estimate a minimum return per share as it is determined by the months’ trading revenue. However, to ensure that a fair distribution occurs this cap is in place and allows for the insertion of dummy shares to facilitate the maximum return at 0.5 nxt per share (promotional events aside)

Likewise, all “Ticket” holders are capped at 50% on their returns, with the exception of BTCAR which has an unlimited earning potential
I have mentioned earlier that the cap on “Tickets” was 100% after already setting it at 50% in their respective description headers.

As much as I would like this to happen, I think it is unrealistic to achieve. especially if we are to empower the Series Ventures long term and create an additional value factor with the “tangible wealth component”. Still, it is possible, and the next couple of months will be the test

All in all, this is a living/breathing *SdbS* that is constantly being reviewed, so expect that guidelines will change to accommodate everyone’s best interests.

Approximately 1700 worth of Series venture assets to be distributed so far and awesome to see the Fibre wallet being used to it's potential. Keep that wallet open guys and watch that staking mount up whilst keeping the dream alive. The more nodes supporting the network the better.

I have my daughters 13th Birthday on Sunday with lots of pre-planning to address and great food to make so I will be intermittently checking in OK.

Hi everyone. Apologies for not keeping you all upto date. things have been moving along at a blistering pace and work commitments have been hectic.

You may have noticed the recent climb in the btcor share price. This is due to recent communications with a core SN partner to be revealed in good time, as we look to support each other in way that will benefit us all.

This months return is looking great. Expect 0.3 nxt per share (edited apologies) minimum for our first monthly dividend. Trading has been quite a roller coaster but skills employed have proved very fruitful

BTCAR has really tanked out but the race is still on and anything could happen between now and 31st.
GDCAR has been a fantastic vehicle once again for us. Providing the majority of positive returns
SVCAR has had little action due to unknown elements with the changeover of the Gold Fix commitee. I have seen a dislodgement of the relationship which has caused me to be skeptical in trading Silver. Nevertheless, we have seen nice profits from this vehicle also.
FIATX takes the honours this month. Although no tickets were available, founder shares and the asset itself became live, thus enabling the flow through of profits to BTCOR shareholders.

I have been stacking and using bitbay with no problems for a couple of months until it suddenly kept crashing on me and wouldn't open again.

Just keeping my foot in the door...
GOLD looks like it has found a floor around $1150. GDCAR is positioned to make another trade around this mark. Not confident enough to trade mid stream

Likewise SILVER is following along closely, however, the disparity between it's relationship seems too wide at present. Looking for a more stable position before entry.

BTCAR (bitcoin) is tracking as predicted. Look for a nice dump to get balance back into the market. At $270 entry point, I think we have an optimal entry point.

BTCOR is looking good thismonth. Look forward to double digit returns.
