Also, if you have a .05btc and only ask for .015 it gives you a .03 bonus special. But if you lose then they take the other .035. Fucking scam. DO NOT DO THIS BONUS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE> They should at least only make your bonus amount disappear not your entire account. Never again, I will never play this site again.

Love it too. Sorry tight slots and video poker but the graphics and playability is top notch. But it's been down for two days. I just want to play. This is my first choice but I like coin royale. I can't play. I'm not rich like all these guys so I just want to gamble. This happened to me v at coin royale but Victor gave me a bonus. Here nobody answers your questions. Simple yes or no would suffice. If they can't refund then I'm cool. I like the site just the customer service is a bit tardy. Victor from coin royale is on out within minutes. what the hell--I am winning and then the Server mysteriously screws up and when it comes back on I cannot win a hand---  Welcome to the scam you can ask OP to investigate this thing and get comp and refund, OP is nice and this site is nice too. I don't think it is a scam casino, they have paid lots of comps and bug bounties for players, a good one, connection or server errors are normal, you can find this issues in other casinos. I am joking. I really think the Black jack is skewed to the house. I have played thousands of hands on this site and the results are suspicious. That being said, I do love the video poker and roulette. Maybe I am missing something but a 33% win clip over thousands of hands is not so sweet. And these numbers are approximations before someone has a fit and asks me to prove it. I have played more hands of BJ, online and live, than most and I know an honest game. I just stopped playing the BJ. Also, I lose 80 percent of my doubles so I never double. In my opinion, Bitzino is the only place for Black Jack. But hey, this place is slightly better than Nitrogen, which is saying very little. I do not doubt other people's testimonials but I can only speak for my own, which is a miserable experience with this BJ. Tried the multihand and lost 18 out of 20,. Never again. The slots here are also suspect, although I do not have ample sample size to comment, Plus slots are stupid. Their video poker is legit and so is the roulette. I just wont play the BJ because I cannot win, ever. The game play is one of the finest out there. But I think for mobile play, Bitzino and Bitcoin Video Casino are much better. I have never been comped, as far as I know and I do not understand the bonus. I only will put in a very small amount like .03 to .1 to play with. Many players and programmers (including mem) have personally wrote 3rd party script and verified our provably fair is legit. That been said, even in a fair system, it's possible to go on a bad losing streak like you did. So we're more than happy to comp players when they are going through a tough streak. FJ did you fixed the roulette balance issue? I loved to play there and I make profits,but if my balance gets no credited or decreased after the bet It's useless..or now there is a button you have to click to confirm the roulette bets,don't ignore me.
What exactly is the problem? You are saying that you play roulette but when you win, money does not get credited to you? Even after some time? Before your roulette upgrade(which i don't like the min bet now is like many others, high as hell 1 mbtc), and here's the situation it was: Betted like 1 mbtc all over the board, spin the ball, lands, whetever I win or lose I have my 1 mbtc back. I tried that 3 times to be sure, same result. Then I said, ok, maybe it's the coin problem, let's try with doge, betted 750 per 3 times, and whetever it was a win or lose, I had my money back. If I wanted to play on a roulette without money I would just stare at the roulette, it would had been the same. The upgrade has made this site unbearable. You cannot connect to any of the games (slots, videopoker, etc..). They took the leaderboard challenge away. Just as well, since they don't credit you anyways. Before upgrade, this site was the best. After the upgrade, you cannot play because of sooooo many bugs,. You can't access the games?
