hi I downloaded the wallet but the wallet does not work can ..Could you help
Slight lack of information on what your problem is, if you would like to give us some more details, I will try to help. Also the wallet generates a log file (debug.log) that could reveal the problem. I downloaded a new one. What should I do if the network is not connected.  Good choice to pick bitb it is very stable and has only gone up so pos staking is pure profits. Have you tried to addnodes to your .conf file ? did I say yes. your partner techniumunlimited is always offline this not the best advertising. I would buy something but for central europe it make no sense with high costs and without shipping support.  Technium Unlimited was introduced to BitBean ecosystem by me, sadly the owner (Ryan Carlow) isn't responding to my messages, so at this point I don't know what really happened  If we check @ https://twitter.com/TechniumUnltd/status/782804089759408128 and by my knowledge (the site was working the whole month) he honored the partnership. I still believe that we need a more real world usage not only to the BitBean but for all crypto currencies in general, so I'll try to bring this kind of initiatives and improve it if I can. Looks as though the BitBean faucet is not working now and is not connecting. It's been like this for over 24 hours now. "Cannot connect at the moment, please come back later!"
Please, check it again, the person responsible(a Bean Core Member) for the faucet has already fixed the issue. BitBean Faucet meant to be always online and with plenty of Beans to be grabbed  Happy Sprouting |

Hi , What is the recommended size per block to stake properly? Thanks Hi Babidi, It has too many variables and at some time a certain block size could be more effective than other but not always, what's recommended is to have less than 100k per block, a low latency internet connection and a lot of BitBeans as much as you can get . With 2M you can get 1 or 2 Sprouts (1 Sprout=1000 BITB) per day . |

I just installed the desktop wallet for windows using the link in the OP of this thread.
Hope this was the right link to use.
The fact is that while installed, this is telling it is out of sync (which is normal),
but I DON'T see the sync process going on....
Is this normal?
It should have been starting automatically while opening the wallet, right?

It should sync in seconds, please check your firewall and verify if the QT file is allowed or if the 22460 port is also allowed. |

now the time to expect reward is 32 days, does it means i need to open my wallet for 32 days (24 hours a day) to get reward?
it seems so long time....
Keep in mind that BitBean Sprouting (aka Staking) isn't based on % APR, but everyday the whole network will Sprout ~1440 blocks and you will compete with the other wallets for those blocks(most of time 70% of the network is Sprouting), if you want to improve the reward you should add more BitBeans into your wallet. |

how can i back up my wallet? please let me know all the steps i need. thanks Go in the wallet, click on "File" select "Backup vault.." it opens another windows, choose the directory where you want to backup the wallet.dat, choose if you want to rename the .dat file ( i normally add the date of the backup) press "Save" done....  You can also click on your mouse right button and then select "Backup Vault" |

I bought some of these beans just because the logo made me actually LOL but I have a problem with the wallet sync it just won't sync up properly. I have checked my computer clock and the block explorer and my wallet is at the current block but it still says out of sync.
help would be appreciated.

My wallet says my weight is 24999 and expected time to get a reward is 3 days.
it says the same thing for 15 days.
coins are 100k
"expected time", remember that you're competing with other wallets with more weight than you and with higher chances to find a block first, you really need more magic beans in your wallet |
