Yea, that's very reasonable. I've seen some 6950's use 210 watts for about 400kH/s

All I could really suggest is using EBay, even though most are from China. You may get lucky and find someone selling them fairly close to you. Could also check on Amazon as well. Good luck.

Would have to say got with BTC-e. Even though they don't have many options for deposit, can't say that I have ever had a problem with them.
