login page down...
Use your tab key to tab over to the submit button until BM can fix the page.  You can login by hitting enter on your keyboard once you've tabbed over to the login button.

I'm in, didn't even think of trying that, thanks.

This site has zero transparency, that makes me really apprehensive to invest a lot.

Glad to see hashnest back up and running like a champ. Keep up the good work Bitmain!

Sorry dont want to read the last 101 pages  Tongue

Umisoo or S5 ?? Which one is the best invest in your opinion ?

I guess the new contract is better.

I think payout is better with S5 but don't quote me on it.

Deposited $15 like an hour ago and not in my wallet. Why the hell is this taking so long?

Anyone keen on seeing automatic withdrawals??

It would be beneficial in my eyes.

It makes the system more vulnerable to a hack.

Hash owners being responsible for their own account is better in my eyes.

How, exactly?

As I see it, the only response seen from Bitmain about this is "it's in our interest to keep your money here" which really leads me to believe there could be a fractional reserve kinda thing going on.

I wouldn't doubt there is some fractional reserve-ish type activity going on, but regardless, it can't be any worse than the bank in which you hold a checking account. They make a 9-1 profit off of every fiat dollar you deposit.

I can get into the site fine. To those of you who can't just keep trying, you will be able to eventually.

hi all

Maybe it's a stupid question , But to work a ddos attack need to focus on a static IP no ??

is possible to connect the pool using a different proxys ?? this way each time you change proxy you render the ddos inefficient ..

A DDOS attack targets the host servers of a website. It has nothing to do with your IP/machine. So using proxies/VPN's isn't going to change anything.

Seems like the login side is down or being lagged right now, may be under another ddos attack?

Ya I can't login either

Question: When you buy new hash power does the wallet and/or transactions not immediately reflect the new balance? added some earlier today at like 1pm and now my transactions page and wallet only reflects the new balance generated by the power I purchased today. In other words....the balance I had before buying more power today is gone and it's a decimal place smaller than before the purchase. What am I missing here?

So, I had to create a new account and now I can buy hash. I can't buy hash or withdraw what I have in my other account. Really hope you can help me withdraw what I have in my other account Janet. I'm going to contact you on skype.

You are on the wrong page.  You are trying to buy a whole s5 unit.  So the smallest amount you could put in there would be 1.   you tried to put less then 1 ( .00016259 )

You need to go on the left hand side click HASH

Then under that click ANTS5

Then click Market

Then you will see the buy and sell orders for ghs on ant5 where you can buy 1 ghs at a time.

Again, you tried to buy a whole unit from the shop ( 1155 ghs )

It doesn't work. I've been trying to buy hash power from the market for a week and whenever I click market it just redirects me to the homepage.

I'm still not very familiar with the website because it's been down. I'm under the impression I need to go to >hash>*miner>market to purchase hash power, is this correct? And what does a GH run for the s5? Please don't link me to the FAQ, it's no help. When I click on 'market' I just get redirected to the homepage for hashnest. Am I doing something wrong?

That's if you want to buy it from the market, which IS currently cheaper then buying it directly from Bitmain at the shop.  The price fluctuates depending on what the market is selling it for.

When in the Market for the specific miner you want to purchase GH from, you will see an "Ask" price and a "Bid" price.  The "Ask" price is currently what people are selling at and the "Bid" price is the amount which people have placed that they will purchase at (usually if you are willing to wait for the price you are willing to pay.)

In the Chart to the right, you will see the Price/GHS (if you plan to buy per GHs), the total number of GHs a specific person has put on the market for sale (GHS Amount), and the total for all the GHs offered for that specific seller (Total: (BTC))

Awesome answer, I wasn't expecting to get any help from here from what I've seen. I still can't accomplish anything. I get redirected to the homepage everytime. I guess us newbs are just SOL for now. I sent a little btc to my wallet to even get started and now I can't do anything with it -_-

Hi cloh76,

Thank you so much,

Hi basedjones,
Pls add me on Skype if you still have some questions.

Edit: Just tried the trading, I can sell or buy hashrate right now.

Can you give me your skype name? This is really frustrating. I've tried several different browsers and different computers and I still can't get to the page to buy hash power for any miners. I don't know what else to try here. Everytime I click on 'market' for any of the miners I just get redirected to the homepage.

I just want to mention, Cloudflare is ineffective if the hackers know the IPs of hashnest's name servers. They need to get completely new hosting and then immediately get cloudflare right after that.

That is not correct. After setting up Cloudflare you simply set the existing servers to automatically reject every connection attempt except those going through cloudflare...

Then why is the site still down? If it was that simple should we not have full access back by now? I don't know all the details of how cloudflare works and I know it's complex, but I've seen another website before get hacked and they couldn't prevent the DDos attacks (even with cloudflare) until they acquired new hosting.
