How do you think it will influence the sphere? IMO it's another step towards bitcoin adoption, but I'm not sure whether good or bad.

Hello to those who are still watching this thread. Below is a copy of the original OP from bytecoin forum http://bytecointalk.org/showthread.php?tid=39&pid=116#pid116![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FUI395qJ.png&t=663&c=Otye9CfDdS_zRg) As promised earlier, we have finally developed a new version of Bytecoiner.org, which is known as Bytecoin Communtiy Site. The new version inherits all of the previous features and sections (yet, some sections and features are under construction). The global idea of Bytecoiner.org has not been changed, though got some absolutely new features. First of all, now it is not only a website that covers the news of the Bytecoin world, but also a platform for collaborative blogging. It means that anybody can start his own blog on Bytecoiner.org, and there's a huge amount of cryptocurrency-related subjects to write about: economics, finance, techonologies, coins, start-ups, infrustructural projects and much much more, due to the fact that almost any modern technological project has to deal with enciphering. There's no doubt that Bytecoin is still the core technology/currency that drove Bytecoiner.org in the first place. Our key community members will, as always, spread all needed information about Bytecoin and its implementation for the users through news and guides sections (let's also mention that Bytecoin payment gate is on the way, so the market adoption infos are becoming incredibly essential). But the other fresh part of their work will be to administer the renewed resource, attracting and helping new authors to express and share their ideas and projects even if those are not based on Bytecoin. There are many other issues to be discussed, but in a nutshell I've expressed the idea. If you want to share your cryptosense, be the first to register on Bytecoiner.org and start your own blog! UPD: Any ideas on how to develop the website and any other help and participation will be appreciated ----------------------------- Further discussion: http://bytecointalk.org/showthread.php?tid=39&pid=116#pid116Awesome, I will certainly start my own blog!

Economy theory is always politically related, so the first question is to answer if government allow the mass circulation of alternative currency? So far, most of the countries only allow their domestic currency to circulate, that also has something to do with tax collection
From this perspective, I think bitcoin will only work as a digital asset, serving specific purposes like saving and international transaction, so the demand is not driven by GDP or something in mainstream economics
I guess we're talking a brand new theory here. I agree, any economic theory is in fact a political economy, still I can't recall any well-grounded theory (at least originated in medieval Europe and till today) that has a decentralization at its very heart. I would also like to mention that I find your opinion towards bitcoin being in future just a digital asset, serving specific purposes like saving and international transaction, so the demand is not driven by GDP or something in mainstream economics
quite reasonable, but not conflicting with the idea of research and creation of a new Economic theory. Thanks to the OP author, I'm gonna stay tuned and think of a way to contribute.

Poloniex is good but seems to be biased towards some definite altcoins, neglecting other perspective ones

it seems that every years is getting worse, now with ISIS bitcoin will suffer too, because they are using it as a payment, which mean more dumping
euro is falling, while usd gained something, so not everything seems to decline
Now? Anything new with ISIS? I should've missed

mon·ey (noun)
- a current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively. ---
cur·ren·cy read as ˈkərənsē (noun)
-a system of money in general use in a particular country.
So, is bitcoin money or currency?
Well, you can use it both ways, can't you?

Thank you very much for that. Still it's goddamn scary how everyone got involved into the conversation without "what the fuck" question and "get the fuck out" sense.

I'm a little out of topic but are there any cool btc traders or even maybe online-services to invest in? I mean I'm no trader but wanna try this market by means of professionals.
Are you trying to stay exclusively with trading? Or just want to invest BTC in something that has a good chance of being profitable? I meant the second idea you expressed, thanks for the good question ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Probably you can invest in https://www.jua.com/, which claims "Your Coin Deposit In JUA Will Gain Interest Continuously." Or you can invest in the BTC ETF. Thank you! Gonna look through that one! I'm a little out of topic but are there any cool btc traders or even maybe online-services to invest in? What is your criterion for telling between cool and... well, not so cool traders? Are you impying that you would want to give your money into trust management operated by some "cool btc trader" out there? Well, I guess I thought something like that, but operated online and automated by some trusted website. I don't know how to call it, maybe I'm just making stuff up here ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) but I thought something like that might exist..

i've been around this community a few years and i still don't get why anyone would chose bitcoin. don't get me wrong i believe in an alternative p2p currency, but to me bitcoin certainly doesn't cut it. about the only answer people have is first mover advantage. but that's pretty much it. bitcoin seems to, over time, be drifting more into a centralised system, core dev team where so few as 5 completely control the code, backed by what has come to light time and time again a very questionable central organisation. have VC with their little startups jumping on board left right and center, and we know their goals ![Kiss](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/kiss.gif) , bitcoin's heading more and more like being the bank product it was meant to be an alternative to ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) seems the only way to back bitcoin is keep your head it the sand and hope it'll all turn out good in the end........ Have you already found an alternative? Or it's just an concept/forecast by now? well i think there is atleast one coin better the bitcoin, but this thread is more about the concept of looking elsewhere and not just being stuck in the bitcoin is best nothing could better it, mindset. also having been behind the scenes in many a crypto, i've considered creating in my mind the ideal p2p currency, just many an issue i have with all current cryptos arent easy to solve. Do you mind sharing? I mean that better one. IMO bitcoin will live and stay the first and the most.., but I also consider Nxt and Cryptonote coins promising. Yeah, like its been said before, bitcoin is the equivalent of gold. Slow (10 minute blocks). Weird emission (block halvings). Wonky distribution. And at some point it becomes all about the infrastructure. You got nodes and mining equipment in bunkers in mountains all over the world and in satellites circling the earth? Thats probably the network thats the most secure Missed it. Now loved the comparison ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

No, there are some ridiculous conspiracy theorists that think Satoshi is a front for a secret NSA project, but everyone knows Satoshi is really a front for a secret CIA project.

This is my first post. Please do respect
My post intention is to help readers to save their money.
Some of the employee are not saving their money. They spend it on things that they dont need. For example gadgets, buying a concert ticket, accesories, etc.Buying things that not they need is also like a wasting money. Because this thing give a happiness not a good life. Saving money is just like securing your future because your savings can help you in emergencies. These are the way to save money . If you are empolyee. You must save atleast 20% of your salary. The 20% of your salary divides into two .
The 1st way : cash reserves- medical insurance, retirement, life insurance and if you not have salary yet. And emergency. But dont spend all of you 10% in this emergency. You must know if the injury is serious o not before you spend the 10%. The cash reserves must equal of your 6 months salary this will help you and ensure you becauas of you loss your job you have extra money .
The 2nd way : investment, business- you can invest in some company so that you have a extra income. And you can also built a small business that will always have an income like apiartment.
Example. My wage is $ 7.5 per hour and i work for 8 hours and i work for 20 days. So thar my salary is $1,160 . The 20% of $1,160 is $232 . So that my cash reserves is $ 116 i can spend this money in emergencies and medical insurance. If my 6 month salary is $6,960 i can stop my saving money in cash reserves.
Thank you .
I'd rather go with the second way despite the fact it can be risky. Thanks for putting some ideas inside my head ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) AT THE SAME TIME Good advice, even tho saying "you don't need this" is relative tho. Sure thing, the only things we legitimately NEED is basic needs, the rest is relative and depends on the POV. For example for me, I needed to upgrade my computer recently, maybe other person could have said "you don't really need a better graphic card" but in my POV i really needed it so fuck it, I bought a new one.
Damn it, the same thing happend with me last week when I decided to buy 60gb ssd. I had 1tb hdd already, but... in my POV i really needed it so fuck it, I bought a new one. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yeah its so risky , but invest it in the company that a surely guaranteed that your money wil earn a big profit . You can got a bigger profit if the interest of your company is compound interest it doubled your money or triple it. Reasonable. The problem is I don't know such companies. (I mean it's my problem, not companies')

... This was the world facing those in Central and Eastern Europe in the 1930s. What a choice…as if anyone living there had much of a choice. Hitler significantly consolidated power in 1933. The Reichstag fire, election victories (thanks to the support of the German communists, on orders from Stalin), the first concentration camps, an enabling act allowing Hitler to rule by decree. All big news throughout the western world, compared to the minor news item of the millions killed by the intentional famines and deportations occurring in the Soviet Union at the same time. Internationally, Stalin was given a pass: “…with the help of many sympathizers abroad….” Hitler was confronted with “voices of criticism and outrage.” This at a time when the deaths attributable to Stalin’s policies were infinitely greater than those attributable to Hitler’s. ... More... [/email]]https://www.lewrockwell.com/2015/03/bionic-mosquito/hitler-vs-stalin/[email][/email]Come on, you cannot seriously compare them. I mean they're both criminals, but Hitler went far far beyond all that crime acts that Stalin made.
