They should give you a reward for your honesty. You could have strarted transfering in small increments if you didnt let them know or started dumping chips in high staked games. You let them know?or they found it by themselves? Downtime is defo needed to fix the vanishing chips least we know where all the chips migrated to. Roflmao. All the best hopefully can fix this issue and the vanishing chips. Nice to leave the lobby open for us during the maintenance.

i let them know in the chat as soon as i logged in and saw it.  lots of people asked me to send them chips or try to cash it out :p.  of course i didn't.  micon said they were looking into it and then the site went down again.  not sure if others reported similar issues.  id gladly take some sort of "reward" Smiley but my current balance just reflects the correction of the error.

allow site admins to send popup messages vs just saying things in the chat.  many times i don't have the chat even open.

when site is going down.  send popup message (ex site reboot in 15 minutes).  block new players from sitting at cash tables with message (ex awaiting site reboot) until server is restarted.  this way current players should have received the message and if someone shows up inbetween they won't get caught playing during restart.

minor suggestion (not 100% if it would help or even matter).  pay rakeback sunday instead of monday.  might encourage more people to play in sunday tourneys if they get rakeback before they start.

ofc if players cards are on the board and the timer runs out don't sit the player out.  only sit out if cards were randomly placed on board.

site needs a proper support ticket system vs relying on emails

couple suggestions

if there is an invalid bet amount typed in throw an error instead of min betting.  couple times went to bet and fat fingered an extra character on the numpad (*-+) and it min bets instead

tooltip for notes shouldnt dissapear so fast

Had it happen twice now on Claude 1BB table.  In the middle of a hand it crashes or something.  The hand is over and the money in the middle is removed from the table.  Hand 487839 and 514644.

Here are the hand histories.  Notice the hand never finishes.  If you check the total chips on table of this hand and the next you can see the chips are just gone.  Email support heard they were looking into it (one hand was yesterday and the other just happened tonight), but haven't seen a credit yet.

Hand #487839: No Limit Holdem - 2/2

i tried the client under Wine (but not a linux person)..  the client installed and the interface and tables opened, but the headers weren't showing up (table, game, stakes, players, ect)

i'll prolly get flogged for saying this, but i really like the idea of lifetime krill earning higher rakeback percentage and rewarding active players with freerolls.

currently lifetime krill earn 2 types of rewards (rakeback and freerolls).  to earn rakeback they have to risk their own bits.  for krillrolls there is 0 risk.  if your a high enough level why not just wait until there is 0 risk?

on player numbers there may be 156 players connected currently, but if you look at the nlh tables there are 2 tables currently that have more then 1 person sitting at them.  one table has 5 and the other has 2.  only bringing this stuff up because id much rather play on this site than any other...

would be nice if there was some way to encourage playing currently... the tables are pretty dry.  i know other sites are doing freerolls for players that play x number of hands on that day.  maybe something if you earn x amount of krill you qualify for a nightly/weekly tourney.
