This asset just holds own controlled mining hardware no virtual hardware or something other.

This hardware will grow up by the time to compensate the higher difficulty on scrypt

The asset will pay 50% to asset shareholders per dividend and reinvests 45% in new mining hardware.
5% will go to the asset issuer for pay tx fees and other things.
