Cheating on BJ ? ofc I have won but if they thinks I cheat because I made big bets and won this is even more funny.... ok when player lose it's unlucky and when winning it's cheat  They still never reply to me - it's standard here? |

Some of You are wrong...
The facts:
1. I was deposited 370 and got bonus 370
2. Played mostly BJ and when I was close to 0 made deposit of 1000
3. Casino never told me I am cheating, they told me this after I have won up to ~2800 with my new deposit and after freezing my account
4. They didn't sent me clear info what I have done against their T&C just that I have done SOMETHING...
5. They do not reply to my request to clear this
So You think I would deposit 1000 after losing 370 if I have their info "You are cheating"? cmon...

I don't know what should I breach, tried to get this information but they do not reply to me as I said, if support forum can find this info for me and send me PM I would be thankfull, all I can suppose is this that I have made big bets on black jack and when I was low in credits made another deposit and made another bets (for 1BTC) on the black jack and this is against T&C? this is insane... and support not helpfull!!

So I guess you didn't complete the 35X wager requirement and you tried to withdraw, and they think you are fraud?
The "funniest" thing is that I didn't want to withdraw !! Just wanted to continue play and I couldn't login, forum support PLEASE HELP ME because they do not reply to my e-mails!! |

They do not replyto my e-mails! Please help me to sort this out  Maybe you really violate their rules and terms, I heard a gamble guru earned over 400btc in this casino and got paid successfully. No I didn't ! The only 1 e-mail I have got from them was that one which I have posted here, nothing more from them!! I have 370 bonus and ~2800 on the account at the moment, I have made 370 depo, got bonus and when I was playing made another 1000 depo and they say it's against their T&C !! this is awesome!! and 0 reply to my e-mails to provide me more informations... |

Tell me how can I prove that? What cheat method, because of big bets? If black jack doesn't count in rollover how can I make rollover on blackjack?
Casino support tell me what can we do because it's frustrating for me that I am locked and support doesn't reply to my e-mails!

Anyone can help me? They have stolen my (almost) 3BTC!
I have started to play here yesterday - made deposit of 360mBTC - asked for a Bonus which I have got. Started to play some slots but then bored and made big bets on Black Jack, when I was close to 0 on my account and wanted to doubled bet on blackjack I made another deposit (1000mBTC this time) and played huge bets - won on BJ and finished with 2800 mBTC or so (cannot remember well). Made a break and after I back after hour to play my account has been locked. Checked e-mail and they have sent me this e-mail:

I don't have idea what are they talking about? I am playing with the bonus yes and still had xxx to rollover I know this, what is defraud in their opinion - that I have played huge bets? I cannot understand this and they have no reply to me anymore when I have asked.
