hello birwo. i claimed a no deposit bonus and i've requested a cashout 0.40 btc. however even you promote "instant withdrawal" i've not recieved my cash out yet 2 days. please help me.

edit: lol as a result of delay on cash out, i started play again and won 0.50 btc more it was incredible to win such a big amount from a no deposit bonus (total 0.95 btc) . now i am trying to stop myself and wait for my cashout. let's see Birwo Casino will pay that amount or not. ( i hope i'll not play again)
