, и о чудо, на один запрос request (35349) сегодня пришёл ответ, смотрим:Quote

2. Please advise the email address for registration, deposit token type, amount, and TXID (very important).
3. Please make a video to show the whole process that you deposit from another exchange or wallet. If from the exchange, the exchange website, withdrawal history, and date need to be included. If from the wallet, the wallet address and withdrawal history need to be included. Please be noted you need to be in the video during the whole process.
We will deal with it within 7 days after receiving the above information. Thanks for your patience.

Пройти верификацию и ещё заснять им видео как вносился депозит?
Во всех письмах им указывался хэш транзакции, по нему всё видно, если сложно проверить, в ответе указано с какого кошелька на какой, примечание, время и сумма транзакции.
Сейчас жду ответа, но неделю не зачислить депозит (с 01.10.2020) и просить видео, бегите дальше от такой биржи.
Напишу позже чем всё закончилось...
