1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: December 06, 2015, 02:34:58 PM
How i can get in contact with someone from the staff?
I'm waiting almost week someone to resolve my ticket (ID 3961)
I wrote here PM to Stunna, but he didn't answer me

The best and most efficient way to ask for help now is to log into your PD account, then use the HELP button in the upper-right corner to submit a support ticket.  That will reach the support team a lot faster than sending PM's here on BitcoinTalk or sending emails.  Submitting a ticket on-site via the HELP button is the preferred method for most users to get support.

Any idea how long i should wait for answer?
i'm waiting since 30.11.15
2 days ago i sent more one ticket and still no answer

try to send again a ticket to support, it should be answered asap by the new support team AFAIK they could solve a support ticket within few hours

I sent it two times... but the problem still isn't resolved

The problem is that i found this site last week and decide to gamble... but i didn't make account. I deposit BTC from exchange and when i refreshed the page i lost my funds, they automatically set password to my user and now i'm not able to login.

I attached few proofs that this is my funds, but they still doesn't move them to my new registered account

Are they going to keep that funds or will return them after new year?

@98problems, he places lots and lots of bets. Eventually anybody will get lucky but you'll have to be willing to place a lot of 0.1 BTC bets. He has worked hard for his win Grin

not everyone will be lucky though even if they bet 10,000 times, its still not a guarantee to hit that x999

well... i've got much more bets than 10000
