Well I think I have solved it myself putting a password.
I changed my pass, but then (by error like you) created several accounts with the same name. Now I canīt login to the first, authéntical one... I canīt invest, canīt withdraw...nothing... Well I changed/created a password and then I logged out and next time I logged in I could only with my password, that is how it worked for me I think I made 2 o three accounts with the same name ..

Rexbit and Schenko you both log out and now name same as your original ID, you think this will work? No, it will not.
You need to provide us: 1. username 2. address you use for investment 3. screenshot of your investment 4. blockchain txid of your investment
so we can make sure you do are not trying to access others accounts.
Do not complain about response time, we work for all investor, not just you. This is your own fault for not setting password, this is not our fault.
All of this? Dude just sign your Bitcoin address to prove you're the owner of that address who spent the bitcoins. We think about this, then we think, if you can not know how to update your password you may not know how to do this... If this can be done rexbit, we will be able to help you faster. well..You insist that itīs my fault...insinuating that iīm "not able.." What is more importan for you? to fix the bag ..? And YES, i updated my password. Just saying your web has not option "foget password". O I donīt see it..

Logout=New account according to you? I don't think so. Logout means I do not want to be logged into my account anymore, doesn't mean I want to create a new account Just stop it, OK? Yeah you are funny but this will not solve the problem that I have an investment with only a username and without a password, only because you made it that way (to be able to invest without having an account) . When logged out - you in GUEST mode When logged in - you in your account that is not hard to understand. I didnt create any account, I just deposited and invested. There was no such thing as create account or something like that at all But you have your password, arenīt you? "Login +Password" is an account. Anyone can foget this info.

Yes, I clean cookies, but it doesnīt work. I can see my statuses (deposit, payments,..) at "All deposits, all payments..") but when I change to "Only mine", there are nothing . My balance is "0".
May you confirm my loging info - I think the issue could be there.. I donīt see the option "donīt remember password" for example.

Made my new deposit 0.02 BTC..."my investments / deposit / payments" are not displayed ..Canīt withdraw money. Balance in "0" Support does not answer

Yes same thing on 3 accounts Thanks to Admin LOL Me too, any one knows about it? with this fact, is remaining around 22% of my investment, no profits yet. nice to wright home about!! Almost 1/3 of my Ks are lost..
