Gaud, the last thing i want to do is create another massive thread

Oh you poor, poor man.

I'm not going to read 145 pages right now, and I'm sure its been said, but I want to throw in my two bitcents.

The price of gold is directly related to glen beck stirring up the baby-boomer doomsayers while he still had a show on fox, never underestimate the buying power of old people.

some countries use military time, where I live a broken clock is only right once a day, or if it is broken, but still ticking, it may be wrong all day by a set amount of time if the correct time, and its time never cross.

Bought in @ $6 because i liked the stable price of bitcoin, while € was really weak.
I should throw a party for breaking $13, but I'm to confused to be pleased with the development.
I simply do not understand whats driving this price.
Demand.

but the question is, who could be buying in right now? I'll be honest, I saw the price hit 12.60 and I bought in with the rest of my day to day money, but I doubt many people are just throwing in for the ride upwards (assuming they think there will be one) most of the volume has to come from people buying in fresh.

this is surreal, 13.15 already

Trust me, I can't photoshop anything, it was there for a second.

that wall at 12.9 hasn't moved so it did not go past 12.9

Alright, maybe it was 12.86 and I misread it, but its still exciting.

I would make a bet with you, I just saw it mate. The high takes a minute to update, especially when it keeps breaking.

12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: threatening phone call on: January 28, 2012, 10:35:18 PM
I just woke up to the sound of my phone ringing, nobody ever calls me at this time of day so I figured it must be an emergency, then some guy on a blocked number started saying "stay off of my bitcoin forum you asshole, you're banned" over and over, so anybody have a similar experience? Is this actually something to worry about? I can't think why anyone would want to ban me because I have never done anything worth banning me, let alone calling me.
Someone called you?

How could they possibly get your phone number?

I used it for a transaction in a thread.

well shit.
15  Economy / Lending / Re: need 16 BTC loan, 1 week pay back 18 BTC on: January 27, 2012, 02:58:53 AM
packman, i could use a loan too... 18 BTC will payback 30 BTC in one week.

I can't tell if this is a joke, I am going to assume you are mocking me.
I will do this loan, send 18 BTC to 1Jmyyhyuc2CqDM6RE1tBjuNYs3aPFpnFNG in one week

I really don't understand how you can just walk up to a complete stranger and offer them money without even asking them questions first Smiley I thought I was risk-tolerant but compared to you (and others who seem to do this a lot) I guess I'm a trembling coward Tongue I just don't think 2 bitcoins in a week justifies the risk.

Well it probably doesn't, and I am inexperienced. I just hope I am not getting screwed.
16  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Open Ended Investment Opportunity on: January 25, 2012, 07:39:37 PM
is this still accepting investment?

I would like to invest 10 BTC with re-investment. PM me the address if it is still available.

I just got called by somebody telling me to stay off the bitcoin forums and that I was banned, so I am removing my number from this website.
