Update:
- new stealth wallet release in 5 to 7 hours
- on the next wallet release with torrents, node price will change to 1028 8BIT
- Nodes that will host torrents (optional) will get a fee for the service it's not free.
- MMO game will be free open source, but nodes hosting game servers (optional)will charge a fee.
- nodes that do not choose to host torrents or servers will only get reward from POS.
hey that is really cool thanks alot can you make the node price change in this wallet thats coming first? No that will require a fork, and since it will be our third, making it too close would upset the exchanges also I will need to make major changes on wallet when adding torrent seeding so a fork then makes more sense. The game only needs 1 server capable of hosting to run, not every node will be able to host a game server as it will depend on cpu power/space available/bandwidth, however torrent hosting is much more flexible and every node can get a portion of the fees. |

New anon wallet Release tomorrow.
Then I move to torrent + hosting and
complete wallet re-do to implement changes.
Sorry about the 2 days delay on this stage.
* I noticed the wallet is consuming more cpu power than necessary,
I will apply a fix in the next torrent/hosting release as well.

Everybody chill. Dev probably has a job, a family, a life, and it's the weekend. Yes, the darksend code is public, but it still has to be integrated into the 8bit code and tested. Be appreciative that the dev is communicating.
He said every stage on the roadmap would take a week. So you think that he wouldn't have a screenshot of the 8bit mmo at this point? Or be able to explain what services can be hosted on the masternodes network? I've asked these questions several times and have not gotten a response. I said each stage will take a week give or take. I will not release a code that could be unsafe, or cause someone's wallet to be hacked. let me finish working on it and solve the issues. I will update when I am done. The only thing you just responded to were my concerns about your timeline, which are the least of my worries. Can you provide proof that the 8bit mmo is in development? Can you talk about what services are going to be available on the masternodes? The roadmap is incredibly vague. It just isn't that hard to answer these questions, and I've asked them for weeks. You avoid them. 8BIT is only two weeks old, and the game will be a simple MMO game that uses the masternodes as game servers, this will be done to show what kind of services masternodes can provide. I will not code full game project in one week. I still have to implement code to allow hosting and file sharing on masternodes, before I even start coding the game. This coin I made for 8BIT fans and the development is part of that. |

Update:
I am testing Darksend today, code is pretty much done.
If all tests are good, I will release it by Saturday.
This will not be a fork, just a new wallet.
I am also testing an early code for torrent seeding.
This will take a bit of work, so I will start working
heavy on this once anon is behind us.
Sorry I am not posting much answers to people trying
to setup their masternodes, I hope community members
can pitch in and help with those answers.

ok it's time to get some more data on the masternodes and fork.
From what I can see orphans are at an all time low, and no more complaints
in that regard. So is it fair to say the Masternodes chain is now well established?
Time to move on. Let me know about nodes payout stats also and if it's improved now.
Edit: My estimates are one week per stage on the roadmap give or take.

Nope, I don't want you to prove anything to me. I just shared my opinion about your coin and that's it. What you have to prove is that you are going to work on your project and nothing more. I don't want to talk about some "Crypto Gods" and who knows what. That doesn't matter or concern anybody here. Everyone has his own opinion and can think/act as he like. P.S. Nothing will prove you wrong, and nothing will prove me right. Because the know it all Gods of Crypto are always right. It would be possible when people stick to facts and not pretend to know more than they actually do. But without pretending to know it all they are no longer Crypto Gods. You will always think I need to prove myself to you, and to me that's the least of my concerns. But if one day you do want to shake my hand, then that's fine with me. Cheers |

Strong words, dev. Just hope you are not deceiving people who actually invested in 8bit. You must admit that you tried to create some hype by telling that the guy from Romania will jump off the window (because the price will hit 400k satoshi again) and some people bought on your words.  Frankly speaking, 8bit is looking to P&D scheme to me, because it's growth was nowhere near natural. For one thing you are right. Many people are losing money and will coninue to lose. How much BT's do you own? I still remember your words. If this was a pump and dump I'd make sure the Russian jumped out the window. But I do think you know it's not. I am not going to deny I did want him to jump, and still do Go back in the thread and read the fud and the facts. And decide for yourself which was true and which was false. |

I guess with earning almost 10 coins for each masternode (112 8bit), a gradual decline in price of 8bit is inevitable.
it's possible due to very low quantity of MN's The more MN's the less reward
Bittrex volume in the last 24 hours is down due to the BT scam.
It takes time for the market to recover, as lots of people lost
considerable amounts of BTC. We should have more nodes up by now
but I guess that will give early node adapters a little advantage which
they deserve. I think volume suffered and some people lost confidence
but that's not our fault, we just deal with it for now. We are in a different
league, people will start looking for other projects to try and recover from
the loss, and we are at a good entry point right now. We should push as a
community to gain from this sad episode.
Some people posted game over for us, but it was game over for them.

Update:
The new fork is prevailing now. And your Masternode payments should increase today.
We had a few old wallets staking and that is no longer the case. So your node payments will go
up as the chain moves forward. I tried not to fork out the old wallets and let people update
on their own pace, but that was a miscalculation, as we had more old wallets staking than new ones.
Anyhow, we are now beyond that point and new chain is now king.
I updated new wallets with checkpoints yesterday and if you have not done so yet, please update.
The orphans problem should subside completely today. Do not calculate your Masternode profits yet,
wait one more day and it should give you a better picture of how much return on principle will be.

DEV all my confirmed stake still orpanh..  That will change when everyone move to new fork and stake on new fork. Many are still staking with the old wallet. The chain will move to new fork. Just give it a little time. |
