Is it possible to check the balance you were supposed to have on March 19, 2019 before performing the identity verification?

I do not want to give you my data to recover little money, but I seem to remember that I must have had between 1.5K and 2K at that time, the thing is that most were in shitcoins that I do not know their current value (I do not even remember shitcoins).... I mean, first you have to confirm your identity and then they tell you the balance? Or on the contrary, is it possible once you have access to the Settlement portal, to check the balance and if it is worth confirming the identity? 

And the other question I have is, do they return the total amount of the total balances in all the cryptocurrencies you had or only if you had BTC and Doge? Obviously bitcointalk is the best place to find out about all the internet, it has the official threads of almost all the cryptos. But the Spanish speaking forum is not, there are many better forums.
