In that case keep an eye on the exchanges that swap BTC to USD. All you need is one amount to match that movement into an exchange that does BTC USD to know where he is hiding his money. I doubt his lawyer is accepting BTC payment or doing conversions for him. Or his clever enough to think to move btc to cny to usd or any other mix.

In multiple transactions he moved 463 BTC ~ 208.000 dollars from the wallet where are BTCs obtained from selling altcoins.He is constantly using TOR with exit node on IP 185.38.14.215
He is not moving BTCs on exchanges,but sending them in small amounts on multiple single addresses(every address got only 1 input transaction) trying to shake off and confuse blockchain investigators.Obviously he thinks that will be much harder to monitor so many addresses,but because they have same point of origin, it is not nearly as hard as he thinks.

Easy to make an accusation, do you have proof to show? If somebody robs the bank you keep your money at, are you going to march down to the police station and "state for the record" the owner of the bank stole your money? It has become apparent to me now that I will have to physically retrieve the assets that were stolen. This is where things take an ironic turn, Paul Vernon himself Is who signed the contract with me to retrieve the coins and he is one of the main thieves responsible for the theft. But what do we need this most carefully thought out cleverly eloquent contract for in the first place? 1 - does the gentleman hacker say to the real cracker 'hey man send all the btc back to big ole vern, once he receives it all, he will then give us some back coz we got a contract' ? 2 - or does the gentleman hacker himself move all the btc back to big ole vern and once he receives it because of this lovely contract he expects paul to send him back his bounty ? And mind you if something should go wrong, we can decrypt his pgp and learn who he is. That is what ? In case big ole vern does not honor the contract? Hey how about this. We make an even nicer more cleverly thought out contract where big ole vern agrees in writing that you keep your bounty and just send the remainder to him. Or if you have this believable way to recover the btc, instruct the real cracker to hold back the agreed upon bounty just send the balance to the specified address. Installing it on functional servers under similar conditions to see if indeed access to wallets could be compromised, and more importantly compromised without any major red flags being raised. 2.To the blockchain blood hounds, can you see any distinct difference between the movement of the stolen coins LTC to China and sell off and the BTC to that one wallet that remains there? Time frames, anything at all, or were they precisely simultaneous? Ideas: a) : Vernon discovers the back door and theft and movement of only the LTC to the Chinese exchanges for self. Seizes the opportunity and moves the BTC to his retirement account while investigating it all. Is there anything in the movement that can suggest two different transaction / operations of the movement of all these coins? b) the whole thing is just that a setup by him and his Chinese girl friend, she or brother make believe to be this new developer, insert some functionally looking malcode (which addresses the above), he installs it, it really does nothing, gives the keys to the cousin or her, to help themselves to whatever coins they want, provided they send the BTC to his retirement address which he intends to collect when the dust settles, whether it is years from now which he will split with her as they run off into the sun set. c) Opportunity self created or not, to siphon off all that BTC with or without this new girlfriend period. Trick is: 1. did he ever mention the loss of 13 million dollars to the wife ever? 2. is there any significant difference(s) between the movement of coins out and the movement of BTC to that address where they remain.
