Could you please also try swapping letters 'B' and 'T'. Right now it kind of means "TokenBit", not BitToken.
The letters will still be balanced and square.

Possibly also make the "orange" more like "gold" / "brass".

PS: I think I like this one best, but would probably ask for some changes [I hope that's ok].

Looking for a logo design for upcoming "BitToken" altcoin [coin is not launched yet].

Some ideas for the design:
 * Rare coin
 * Target audience is grown ups / serious people
 * May have some resemblance to Bitcoin, but be clearly different
 * No funny stuff and no pop culture

[Finished] First 10 entries will get 0.01 BTC instantly
* If one user has more than 1 design, 0.01 will be sent only once
* Your design needs to be of decent quality - just drawing a circle and embossing "BitToken" is not enough

Winner gets:
* 0.15 BTC
* Offer for more design work - twitter background, banner paper wallet, website, etc

Winner will be selected by myself on 9 May.

Fair question. Too many coins nowadays. Most don't survive even a few months.

I don't have a "killer feature" yet, but am hoping to get it before or after the launch.

Also I'm doing it because I want and because I can.

I hope to find new interesting people and get some new experience from this.

There will be initial POW distribution phase.
I observed many coin launches. Huge solo-miner farms, rented rigs and multipools jump onto the new coin and mine the hell out of it. And then in a few days after launch "investors" demand news from the dev. And when POW hype is over, everybody just moves onto the next coin leaving some bagholders who are hoping that the price will go up and demanding news from the dev. I want to avoid all of this.

I think I have some ideas how to accomplish it. But I am open to suggestions.
