The escrow person in charge of handling btc for ICO investments just opened up a can of worms.
Posted this in the main thread and surprise surprise it got deleted.
The devs could and probably are buying up 90% of these coins to:
a) inflate price with massive last day buying using YOUR BTC
b) own 90% of all VIRAL
Such a noob..... Never did BAYAREACOINS say anything like that. It was just one of those poor "wanna get rich" investors comment. Put 1 Btc into it, if it fails forget about it. If it grows, then good, you get 5-10 times more than your investment. These dumps are funny because there isn't even much to dump from - this coin bottomed out at 3.5 - 4 k not much more than a week ago. There wasn't even any serious pump  But - this is crypto. Let's wait and see what happens tomorrow. right...fear is at an all time high and nearly anybody dumping now is dumping at loss. My stop loss is 3k (which is unlikely). Losers are people who are afraid of losing. Tomorrow if the market gets released we'll see the winners separated from the losers but that's ok they can fomo back in much higher. AFAIK cloak never released a market more than a whitepaper and graphics...did they have market beta? didn't think anybody has ever released a decent user friendly decentralized market for an altcoin yet |

The Bitcoins you send to me will not be released to the developers until I have the 2.5 million VIRAL in hand.
Very clever wording, most people didn't notice the obvious SCAM potential and most likely thought the VIRAL and BTC would go out at the end. The btc should of been held til cut off time to protect against unfair play. |

I can agree with that it looks like to much shake and low activity from any direction ...2 more days until Slingroad and it's getting boring . I am bored as fuck , when I am bored I troll . But even trolling SLING it's getting boring ....nothing interesting. Some users that on crack and dream 500K+ and some even worst 0.023BTC ...wow I think those guys are on mushrooms. The developer showed us some printscreens and it was the old saying ..buy on rumors sell on news. Well it seems like sell on rumors , dump on news =) . I dono ... Personally I am still on the fence, counting my nickels.
However the kerfluffle about "released BTC" seems rather silly to me.
If the Dev team was inclined towards "using the incoming BTC to buy the rest of the crowdfund" - - they could do the exact same thing by simply using their own btc "to buy the rest of the crowdfund". It all ends up in the same place - with the dev team. With a total of 100 btc so far it's not exactly a huge amount.
And even if they were doing something silly like that it would be pretty obvious when the crowdfund is over and everyone can see who bought, in the crowdfund meetings etc.
That behavior would come to light before the ICO played out. So they would be shooting themselves in the foot doing something like this.
What seems more likely is that the newfound indignation about "released BTC" is the first attempt by some person ( or group of persons) during the last 24 hrs of the crowdsale to spin the percentages of the final amount and come out on top, as one of the 10 top buyers with the very attractive resale clause.
My guess is there will be more of these attempts here during the remaining hours. One would hope the attempts would be a bit more fleshed out, at least for the entertainment value.
I am also skeptical that we have seen the last of the list updates. I bet we see one more.
Let me just explain where you have this wrong my dear friend. There is no rest of crowdfund because there is no limit, only total coins 2.5 million divided by btc invested X 2 (ico 1 + ico 2). The more they rinse the btc through the more they own and the less investors own. Pushing initial marketcap up and raising the chances of severe dumps when it officially launches. Don't forget they will attempt to sell this at +30% on an exchange once forum ICO has ended. The higher they push it now the more they stand to gain on ICO round 2 on an exchange. Will be my last post in this thread, it's sad they dragged BayAreaCoins into such a vulnrable / questionable scenario. |

It looks like the btc is not being held by BayAreaCoins until the end of ICO, please correct me if otherwise.
So how do we know that Viral team is not buying the majority of their own coin by reusing the btc over and over?
Some assurance on that part would be nice.
Correct, I'm not holding BTC until the end of the ICO. I released the Bitcoins once I received the 2.5 million VIRAL as agreed. Only assurance I can offer is exactly what you can see on the Blockchain too. I'm not Detective BAC this week or Dev BAC. I'm Escrow BAC  all I can assure people is that they will get their fair share of the 2.5 million coins I have. Ok thanks for being honest. It's a big shame this ICO was handled that way. We have no way of knowing if the VIRAL devs are using other peoples btc to buy up the large majority of the coin. That will be the cause of FUD throughout the lifecyle of this coin. Looks like there was a majority vote for the masternode tourney. Attention everyone. First off, everything is going as planned and a lot more is currently being developed. However, I had a crazy idea and I was wondering if the community would want to take a vote on this. This could be a first of its kind. I present to you the idea of a Crypto Masternode Tournament. How it works is simple; each masternode registered would be assigned a number. Each week, we will go to https://www.random.org/ and randomize a number. The winning number associated with the masternode will win the total Stake % of that day. (1200 slings approx). You could call this the Weekly Sling lotto. Any input, ideas, thoughts or strategies to make this idea better, sharing them would be appreciated. If the vote does not pass the masternode tournament will not take place. With marketplace coming up we should see:  In 1 week SlingRoad is scheduled for release.We can expect only 2 things: 1) Moon 2) Jupiter In all seriousness, how fantastic will it be to have a fully decentralized market for a coin like Sling!!
