Just to update everyone, I have received my payment and I publicly apologise to XMLgold. They are legit. Payment arrived and I did jump to conclusions.
Thank you all.

Thats reassuring to hear. Im not here to ruin XMLgolds name. If all goes well, I will rename this thread and also update everyone. I will never ruin a legit exchangers name. Im not like that.

Just to further update everyone. XMLgold did send a payment confirmation screenshot. From the look it is an original. I am awaiting for payment to clear and if/when payment clears, I will update everyone. Im not here to ruin reputations but I honestly was worried of being scammed as this was the first time I dealt with XMLgold.eu I have not taken any action yet and I will wait for payment to clear.
I will update this thread.

Still no reference, and I am being ignored as of now. No one is confirming weather payment has been sent. Its starting to dawn on me, that I have been scammed. Considering legal action and some type of scambook report (alongside as many submissions to search engines and various forums/sites to index as many XMLgold=Scam search engine search results) and finally a formal request by Domain registras to have their website(s) taken offline. I dont think they clearly understand the doors they have opened. This is unacceptable.

Its the first business day since the "holiday" or extended weekend that XMLgold has said was delaying my bank transfer. I emailed them asking for a reference number in relation to the supposed bank transfer they claim to have put through. As its Tuesday (Normal Business Day) today and according to them payment should have left their bank today. 8 hours after I sent multiple emails (3 emails to be exact) they replied saying tomorrow they will have a reference for me. As of now Im still being stalled in my opinion. No transfer pending, no payment reference and limited and almost single worded replies all point to STALL TACTICS. My complete commentary on this situation will continue.

Like I said I was advised to use them, by word of mouth (a friend advised me to use them). I will admit they are an obscure company and I have my fingers crossed that they come through on this occasion. If they do indeed scam me, I will update everyone with proofs of emails and correspondence. I will also make it my campaign to have them shut down for good. For now i'm waiting as advised by them and it is Monday today so I did ask them for an update. No update as of now.

They have emailed me telling me that they are "guaranteeing" my funds will be with me sometime next week. So heres hoping. Bittings, your right they are apparently located in the Seychelles. The .eu domain is misleading which further worries me. Regardless, I will update the bitcointalk community on how it all goes and if it all goes well I will say so, as Im not one to tarnish reputations. Again, heres hoping they complete my transfer and they maintain their integrity.

Yes its an exchange based in Europe (url is xmlgold.eu) A friend of mine told me he uses it all the time for quick exchanges. Decided to try them and well it seems as though I have clearly been scammed. I was communicating with a guy called Galin and now a new person is replying to my online support messages. This new guy seems completely oblivious to any facts and keeps shouting (with exclamation marks at the end of every word) that my funds have been sent on the 27th of April. Which is another blatant lie.
Will keep everyone updated

Hello everyone,
I'm more than certain that I'm being scammed by xmlgold.eu for £3183.00 worth of bitcoins. I made an exchange for 24.5 coins in return of a direct bank transfer to my bank account for the sum of £3183.00 This was done on Monday and Im sure i choose an express service due to the BTC price taking a sharp downward slip to about 215USD a coin. Back to the point, its now Thursday and they have requested a scan of my passport which I was reluctant to give at first (due to security reasons) but which I did provide promptly. They have now said its Bank Holiday tomorrow(Friday) but infact in the UK bank holiday starts on Saturday through on to Monday. Regardless they have stated the banks are closed tomorrow (which is an outright lie) and because of that my transfer will be pushed back to next week. I personally feel as though its a MT Gox type stall/delay. I dont want to jump to conclusions and call them scammers. But as it stands now, it looks like they are stalling me for what ever reason and the only reason im so worried is due to the substantial amount of money thats at stake. I even requested a refund of my coins if it was impossible to complete my transfer within this week. They have said the bank isnt allowing them to refund me via BTC, which again is very very wierd. Considering the bank only handles the bank transfer side of business??
Has anyone been mistreated or scammed by xmlgold.eu before ?
UPDATE: I have received payment in full from XMLgold and the problem has now been fully resolved.
