1  Economy / Scam Accusations / RESOLVED: Coinlab on: April 21, 2013, 11:12:18 PM
Edit: CoinLab has responded, made payment, and apologized for the delay.

Original Message:

I'm posting Coinlab in this category after getting no response from them through any support channel since April 12th.  They have approximately BTC1 of mine and I'd like it back.

Here's the communication history:

April 12:

April 15:

April 16?:

Submitted support form with request for payout on coinlab.com

April 19:

Various times (usually outside of normal US West Coast business hours):

Call Coinlab's posted phone number.  No response.

All in all that's three written requests for a payout over the span of a week, plus additional communication attempts.  No response whatsoever from Coinlab.
2  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BTCJam - Peer to Peer Bitcoin Lending on: December 08, 2012, 07:24:16 PM
Tulkas, I've been unable to withdraw the available balance in my account for a while now.  It's not much - 0.52 btc - but I'm worried that BTCJam isn't allowing withdraws, and my support email (sent 10 days ago) seems to have disappeared.  Someone did suggest withdrawing a smaller amount to account for the transaction fee, which is a little weird, but whatever, I tried that and still get an error message from BTCJam every time.

Can you get the withdrawal working?  And you might want to look at your support emails, maybe they're getting marked as spam or something.

So forgive the stupid question, but what is the status of shares of stock purchased through GLBSE?  I understand that money actually in GLBSE's possession is frozen/lost/being stolen as we speak, but is money invested in securities still with those securities?

And then, even if they have the money, do they have knowledge of who their stockholders are and a means to communicate, without GLBSE's interface?

Is there any way to get a full transaction history on the site?  I see the "Your Transactions" heading, but it only shows the last ten.  How do we see the rest?

I'm knowledgeable about bitcoin and about the BetsOfBitcoin website.  Can I respond to that topic?  Thanks!
