Transfer coins to someone else who has a Cryptsy account?

I see this page http://wiki.cryptsy.com/transfers but that option does not exist on the drop down menu.

A thread to point out things you notice that might be either positive or negative about a coin, and which most people are not likely to notice.

Not meant to be a pump thread but if the information is good I'll add it here.

For example researching chncoin and ezcoin, a big question is whether the devs are still active. Both coins are cheap and obviously would increase if there were signs the original devs were still interested in them. So going to domaintools a person can see both domains were updated in recent months
