I won a $6K judgment in a different class action suit about 2-3 years ago.  I still have not seen a penny.  Who knows how much the lawyers will steal? Hope this gives you some perspective. On the other hand, I have won hundreds of easy fiat from claims on this site: https://topclassactions.com/ and they pay off much faster, as all the legal judgements have already been adjudicated. 33% recovery that many years ago is not bad, IMHO. Relative to others who lost everything, including home mortgages, life savings, credit, and even marriages. Not to mention all that egg on our faces. UPDATE!!
GAWSuit plaintiffs are waiting for Fraser to make his last payment to EPIQ. That happens sometime in December. EPIQ has also been trying to weed out all of the fraudulent claims. As you can imagine, there were many claims that can not be substantiated. Plaintiffs have not received an update on that issue from the law firm.

I filled the claim form but i did not save receipts of my transactions with GAW but i just submitted the form with my estimated spending, i hope this will not cause problems... From what I understand, the plaintiffs collected all the Hashcoin/ Paycoin/ Hashlet/ PayBase (etc) transaction data. If your email is correct, they can find and verify your transactions. At least this was true with the 1st GAWSuit. Good luck, everyone!  |
