It was my plan to decrease POS from 100% to 25% after three months.
It is not hardcoded in source, because it can create space for community vote.

I will let community vote on upcoming POS block reward. Poll will be available soon.
No need to hurry on fork. (it will come after voting)

If anyone have some suggestions, post it in the thread.
