Update 15 July 2015 AUTOBET IS ON THE WAY! I don't want to commit to a launch date yet, but bear with us. It's on the way. At this point, we're thinking in terms of a few weeks. Also, during the time we are working on that, all withdrawals will be handled manually. There are no large balances on the site, but if you would like to withdraw your balance, simply email us at support@bittogames.com and we'll get it to you ASAP. Thanks for the feedback. We didn't do autobet in the beginning simply because not all sites have it, and we wanted to launch sooner rather than later. But it seems to be a very popular feature.
Several dice sites seem to have autobet features geared toward automating a Martingale strategy. Is that the most popular use for autobet, or do you think most people just run a series of bets at a time without changing many of the variables?

Any update about roll bounties 69.69 & 42.42 these are still on hold, do you have any plan to make it active or these will remain still on hold?

Update 12 JULY 2015:
It is our policy to include a miner fee in all withdrawal transactions.
Recently, some transactions have been sent without this fee resulting in problems for the users.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

Glad to see you're back  any exact time when will the new bounties come? And what do you mean by "other games"?Does it mean that you will add new games on your site? I think it would be better if you focus on the luckycoin game first, at least improve it with adding more features for better experiences. If you did it, then you can add more games. But if you think that the new game will be more attractive than the available games atm, so you can add it asap. Just my opinion, so good luck on your plans and of course I'm here waiting for the new bounties and new games as well.  Thanks! I'm thinking of games similar to bounties that can be played with what we already have programmed. Looking at other sites, not to copy them, but to come up with something original. Our focus is definitely on Lucky Coin right now. Thanks for the input. |

Just curious, is there any players still playing since there is no bounty and auto betting? and its been more than a week since OP hold the bounty program, but no update yet. Seems that OP has left this forum, last online was 4days ago.  I think some players still playing there but some hard to roll dice there because of the missing auto bet feature and we cant minimize dice tab in that case it takes more time, some kind of future development like auto bet, all bets, my bets and high rollers at one place would be nice addition. I'm still here guys. There are still players on the site, but fewer without the bounty. We're working on new bounties and other games we can play. Thanks for your patience and Good Luck! |

thanks admin i got paid for my bounties and that was great promotion and many players got huge amount just for free, everything through this bounties went smoothly and i am rolling dice there with profit, i hope this casino will go huge as this team doing their best to provide the best services.

Could you please set the minimum bet back as your first launch while we are waiting for the update, 1000satoshi seems to be the highest minimum bet for dice game. 100 satoshi is more acceptable..
And I think you do not need to increase the minimum bet just because it is the minimum requirement to get the bounty as you did before. Simply you can check the logs whether a bet is eligible to get the bounty or not.
Too high minimum bet will not attract many players,because most players always start with small bet (even 1 satoshi) then increase the next bet if they lost (martingale).
Just my opinion.
We'll look into that, too. Right now we're still studying the data gathered over the past several days of the Bounty Program. |

In the meantime, the bounty program will be on hold.
Technical Issues:
Some people were having trouble registering an email address with their accounts. We don't require an email address, but having one on your account is useful for recovering/resetting the password on the account so you don't lose funds. Multiple attempts to register email addresses by multiple users quickly exhausted our quota 2 days in a row. We are taking steps to resolve this.

Seems that there is a problem in your site, I was rolling but got an error message "a problem occurred 503". I tried to reload the page but still get the same error message. Hope you will fix it soon,,  I don't have any issue here, so maybe the problem is on your end only or maybe admin has already fixed the problem by now. Yes i also dont have any problem there and it working fine on my side, i think it was timely error maybe cause of server issue seems like that so now you can play there and can try your luck to chase the bounty there. Thanks guys! I'm glad everything is working for most of you. I've PM'd panjul07 to continue troubleshooting his specific problem. I'll update here if it is anything that could effect all players. Sorry your withdrawal was held up for so long. Propagation of the Bitcoin Network is beyond our control, but we do include a .1mBTC transaction fee to avoid this. It usually works. We could increase the transaction fee, but chances are this was just a fluke of the network, not a function of a low transaction fee, so a higher fee would just mean that users get less of their winnings and miners don't change their behavior. I'm glad you got your withdrawal. Congrats again on the win. Edit: I have heard from others that many transactions took 12+ hours to confirm yesterday. Maybe someone was running a stress test or something. Anybody else heard anything about a general slowdown in processing transactions 30 Jun 2015? |

Hello, hmm i think i should win this lottery.. but still not received, first time i won i got paid instantly...   I have not been able to recreate this scenario either. Lottery wins are automated and are transferred to the winning account at the time of the draw (or very shortly after). I have sent you a PM, and we can continue troubleshooting this there. I'll report here in the thread once we resolve the issue. |

i just register and i got this message The API call mail.Send() required more quota than is available. that is timely error retry or refresh the page that is cause of heavy load on server because sometime we face that kind of problem there, i hope you will be able to register your account there in few minutes. i try many times and always same -_-  For everybody getting this specific error message - please try 2 things for me: 1. Email me the time (GMT) that you are getting this message, and any other details you think may be relevant: Browser, Tax ID (just kidding), Credit Card #s (just checking to see if you're still paying attention). support@bittogames.com2. Try to set up the account without an email address at first and add the email later. (Before you put any serious amount of BTC in the wallet.) I've been trying to duplicate this error and haven't been able to do so. |

@OP now it is over 24 hours of waiting to get credited the prize but still no reply from you about this you must improve your support quality to make your business successful.
I appreciate everyone's patience here. The site is new, and traffic and betting limits are purposely low at this point, to keep stress levels low for users and ourselves. Up to now, the beta has been exclusive to BitcoinTalk users. I've learned much about Bitcoin by reading what others have posted here, so I felt this was a good place to give back. As I've said, the purpose here is to generate positive word of mouth. Some sites make you wait 24 hours or more to withdraw your own money from an account you funded. They process all withdrawal requests manually, and on their own schedule. We have worked hard to make sure our site is as automated as possible. Unfortunately, we don't have the AI to determine if users are employing bots, so wins in this bounty system must be verified manually. And since 1% of .01mBTC doesn't go very far, we still have other commitments.
