1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: June 13, 2024, 05:31:13 PM
Yes, but this is normal for the SPL, even other big leagues initially did the same thing as League 1, which has recruited several star players such as Neymar, Messi, etc.
The SPL did something similar in the hope of attracting great interest in football in Saudi Arabia and spending large amounts of money was not a problem because this had to be done for the future of the league which could become bigger and give confidence to European players not to assume trivial SPL.

Talking about Lewandowski between yes and no to join an SPL club because sometimes restrictions force a player not to want to join an SPL club, for example Lewandowski has a different religion and wants a big salary and also freedom, so maybe Lewandowski will prefer the offer from other leagues such as MLS, even though the offer was not as big as that given by the SPL, Lewandowski chose to have freedom in MLS.

Haha that's a personal assumption while I'm not too sure about that reason, currently he is focused on playing with the national team and maybe after Euro 2024 he will make a decision whether to continue his career in Europa or leave Europa League. Apart from that, currently Lewandowski is also prone to injury so elite clubs are not interested in bringing him in except that teams from the Saudi Pro League might be interested because they have a different mission.

Currently Lewandowski market value is 15 million and I think the Saudi Pro League teams are not hampered by money, they always offer the highest. By the way, Lewandowski's contract will end next season, does that mean fans in this league will have to wait another year Roll Eyes

Folks, Serie A is becoming fascinating! Roma and Napoli, they're shaking things up with new coaches. Love it! An energy and a vision are constantly brought about by fresh leadership. Naturally, they will want players that complement their style to be there. Thats smart, thats how you build a winning team.

The issue is, though, will they be spending a lot? Do they have the cash to bring in the big names? Or are they gonna get creative, find some hidden gems? We'll see. Serie A is heating up, that much is clear. Next season? Things are going to get crazy.

For this season 2023/24 AS Roma only spent 19 million to bring in players while they got 83 Million when releasing some players meaning they are more focused on finding funds than looking for talented players well I think this season the situation is still the same because, they have not managed to record impressive achievements. On the Napoli side, in the last transfer window they spent 126 million and got 101 million meaning Napoli are more active in the transfer window but for this transfer window they have only brought in one player on a free transfer, is this an indication that Napoli will not spend a lot of money in this transfer window? even though several sources say that Napoli will compete at the top of the standings next season.

Just imagine Xabi Alonso with the Leverkusen squad this season is already very good, especially if from a financial perspective it is fully supported, then Xabi will be even more able to maximize the players he wants to buy. Because Xabi is a genius coach, he prefers young players whose potential he can develop. In terms of player selection, there is no doubt that Xabi has longterm goals for Leverkusen's future while investing in young players. After next season, Xabi is likely to leave Leverkusen to replace Ancelotti at Real Madrid. With the remaining time he has, Xabi wants to create his legacy first with Leverkusen.

I completely agree with you but I don't understand why he is looking for a defender? Leverkusen has the best defense in the Bundesliga so bringing in Jeanuel Belocian means there's a bit of doubt there? 15 Million is a low price for a player 19 year old, can we assume that this is a Leverkusen Investment? I mean they will let this player go if he has a higher market value. This is Leverkusen's first transfer for this season and I really don't understand what Xabi Alonso's plan. sometimes he is unpredictable.

By the way, last season Leverkusen only spent 83 million to bring in several players and for next season I'm sure he gets more budget, the question is whether he will succeed in building the best team in Europe with the available budget? this will be interesting to wait for while the transfer window is open.

It wouldn't be an important problem for Liverpool if they started from the bottom again, Liverpool needs experience like this to form a new strategy that might give Liverpool victory in the next match. When many Liverpool players are about to retire, they will take advantage of the opportunity to buy new players at a young age. In this way, the strategy used by Liverpool will have the potential to put on a good show in the next match.

Yeah I get it, that's why I said there's no need to expect more in the first season because building a team is not an easy thing, especially if there are new talents there. We know how Klopp built Liverpool, which was once the best team in the Premier League and next season they will have to adapt to a new style it's clear there will be an impact on the squad. Do you think Arne Slot can take Liverpool to the same level or higher? as we know he has no experience in the Premier League.

~snip~
Some of us discussed about the monthly bonus date after the release of pre-monthly bonus. We aren't expecting it before the 17th of June. I don't think they will send the monthly bonus earlier because of Euro 2024. Did they mention anything about the Euro 2024 in the monthly bonus of Stake.us?

I saw a bonus code being shared on the RainTEAM channel without any description so there's no harm in guessing that Stake will distribute bonuses to global users next Thursday. As you and I said before Euro 2024 could be a reason to share early, but whatever it is we can't expect more because the 14th and 17th are fair schedules. I have to be honest, last month my bonus was lower than my weekly bonus and I understand for some reason but for this month there should be no other reason because my activity is higher than last month and at the new VIP level  Roll Eyes

It is evident that Conte does not want to use Osimhen as part of his squad team for next season, Lukakau is most preferable to him but getting Lukaku to play for him is now a big concern as Chelsea are not ready to loan him but sell him off and I see that the price tag on him feel unworthy to Napoli to have him play for them. Also, he’s not that young that will be utilized for a very long time in the club.

For Osimhen, I believe that PSG is the serious team until now to sign him as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe since their choices are limited in my opinion. They could afford his salary and they need him.
For Lukaku, Chelsea wants to sell him, while AC Milan wants him as a loan to replace Oliver Giroud who is moving to US Major League Soccer. Conte is also monitoring the situation and it is all up to Chelsea to get ride of him with the least possible financial damage. The situation will not get clearer any time soon thought.

I also saw this news in several media that PSG is the team most serious about signing him I mean both from an interest and financial perspective. On the other hand, Osimhen also indicated that he was more interested in moving to PSG than to the Premier League, yeah maybe we can guess when PSG offers a higher salary even though if he wanted to pursue a career it would be better to move and compete in the Premier League.

I didn't see any Inter Milan offer or talks with Roma about recruiting Paulo Dybala there. Instead I read that Dybala rejected an offer from Saudi Arabia, exactly from Al-Nassr although they offered a good salary. It seems that Dybala is waiting for Roma to extend his contract which takes end in the next year and to discuss how they could pay him progressively to avoid much charge for the club.

Indeed, several sports media say that Inter Milan is interested in bringing in Paulo Dybala but I doubt it will be realized because there is a release clause fee 20 million while Inter Milan is undergoing financial savings that's why some people think this transfer is difficult to happen, Paulo Dybala's contract will end next season so instead of having to spend 20 million, it's better for them to wait another season. From transfermarkt data, AS Roma brought in Paulo Dybala from Juventus on a free transfer it is clear that it is an advantage for AS Roma if they can get money from the release.

Have you forgotten that Liverpool did not participate in the Champions League this year?  Wink
A place is not guaranteed to anyone, if we were confident in Liverpool it would be an easy +53% per annum. By the way, a change of coach is a very serious factor that can strengthen the team or, on the contrary, weaken it. If I had made an outright bet, I would have chosen a different outcome.

Yeah Liverpool only play in the Europa League because they finished in 5th place last season and that was their worst achievement in the previous 5 seasons, now Liverpool must start everything with a new method and strategy as you said the impact could be better or vice versa. Apart from that, several of Liverpool's mainstay players are heading towards retirement meaning this situation is really not easy and honestly I don't expect more from their performance with a new coach at least in the first season.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 11, 2024, 11:38:02 PM
Ten Hag is still winning trophies for Manchester United and they are in their worst form yet he is still having a successful season with them. He is not a bad coach but maybe Manchester United need a better coach for them to be competitive in the league and other tournament that they will be playing at. Manchester United are a big club and they do not have to be struggling every season, they had one of the worst performance last season therefore if they want to replace their manager maybe it is the right step. A manager might not be good for a club but you will not know if you do not sack him and hire someone else that you have faith in that he is going to lift your club off the mud that they are in right now. Lets not also forget that the players at Manchester United are not the best because they too have being playing badly and it is not always the manager fault for that behaviour.

Manchester United did win the FA Cup Trophy but it's not a priority trophy and we know sometimes they play second tier players in these tournaments therefore, the Premier League title is still the main target and as a reference for the success of a manager. There is nothing to talk about when a team finishes in 8th place in the standings and there should be an overhaul including the coach, for example, Tuchel managed to give Chelsea the champions league title but in the end he was fired meaning every coach will experience performance problems in his career.

So far we have heard that Manchester United is planning to find a new coach but there has been no official confirmation, we don't know whether there has been an agreement yet or maybe Ten Hag is still trusted to handle Manchester United for another season, what is clear is that we will hear about it before the transfer window closes.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 11, 2024, 06:01:56 PM
Chelsea not being interested in Osimhen would make sense, because while he had a huge season last year, he did not have a huge season this year, and paying 100+ million for a player who had just one great season and have that much injury past is not a smart move at all.

I have told last year that Napoli should sell him for a lot of money when they can, and look to make money on him, because if they do not then he will go down more and more. I am saying the same thing, either Napoli will sell him for very small amount like 30-40 million, or they are going to lose him for free when his contract ends as well. Either of those things would be terrible for them so they should try to make sure that they could end up with a good return if they can.

Osimhen is not that bad mate he still has the ability as a striker, this season he scored 15 goals or 8 goals behind the top scorer and he also contributed to the National team so I think 100 million is still a fair price for him. It must be admitted that injury has hampered him a bit so he only played 25 times in Serie A this season with 15 goals is not bad right. Apart from that, several clubs are actually interested in him but they think the price is too high, especially Chelsea, which always fails when bringing in expensive players.

Osimhen highest market value was 120 million and currently his market value is 100 million it's clear that this has an impact on its performance in a season. However, he is still 25 years old, meaning he still has the potential to improve and pursue the best achievements so let's see the action in the next season with a new coach.

Honestly speaking, I doubt that there will be 500-1000 users when it comes to real mode game. The prizepool of the freeroll is quite attractive to be missed by those who like free roll tournament. When it comes to cash game or buy-in tournament, the number of participants can be lower than what you expect. We have many examples in this crypto industry where there are many poker sites unable to survive because they got so low interest. About house edge, as mentioned by arallmuus above, the most common used terminology is rake. As an addition, rake is usually few percent taken from the pot (in the cash games).

Yeah I understand and agree with this one and I said the same thing, I remember one of the famous sportsbooks on this forum and it was even on the same level as Stake.com provided poker games several years ago but in the end the game was closed, but this time we talk about Stake.com something different is there therefore I wonder if Stake.com can attract more poker players when the real table is activated. Currently around 60k active users play every day if stake could bring in just 1% playing poker then around 500-600 users would be at the table, yeah this is just my assumption but in general most of them play in-house games like the screenshot 19k users play Mines and Dice, Plinko, Limbo 20k users of these 3 games.

I am very happy to hear the news that Arsenal is interested in having a pure striker next season, because that is the only thing Arteta has always been unable to fulfill to match Man City in the standings. Overall, Arsenal already has a capable squad, but without a pure striker who is hungry for goals, many people think they will never be able to surpass Man City. If it is true that Arsenal are targeting Osimhen then this is the right moment. The reason is that Osimhen seems to no longer be expected at Napoli, after Conte became coach and with Osimhen incompatibility with Conte, his chances of leaving Napoli this season are getting bigger. Initially Chelsea was considered closer to bringing in Osimhen, many factors supported it. Chelsea has been Osimhen favorite team since childhood, so the Blues should not stop pursuing this player.

Somehow I'm not sure if Osimhen should move to Arsenal first, apart from expensive transfer fees and Napoli also wants to compete at the top of the Serie A standings again so releasing Osimhen would mean canceling their plans as we know Osimhen is their mainstay player in the attack line, I doubt this rumor is true. If Arsenal are really looking for a pure striker they will have to look for other alternatives there are still several players who are on the top scorer list.

Indeed, recently I heard that Arsenal is intensively looking for players in several positions and they have prepared a sufficient budget while also confirming that Arsenal is really aiming for the title next season, we know that in the last 2 seasons Arsenal has always been unable to compete with Manchester City. Will Arsenal destroy Manchester City next season?

Stefan Savic has one year left on his contract with Atletico, but his club allows him to leave and doesn't demand a transfer fee if he signs for another club. Beşiktaş offered Savic a salary of 3 million Euro per year, while his agent demanded 4 million Euro. Savic is a good player but Beşiktaş should never disrupt the balance in the team by paying high salaries. It has been proven dozens of times before how this has led to failure. The balance within the team is very important. If you raise the salary cap, other players will want the same money. If they get it, the financial structure will collapse, if they don't, there will be a crisis.

It's normal for Atletico Madrid to let him go because Stefan Savic is an old player 33 years old and we know Atletico Madrid has a lot of old players, I noted that they have at least 12 players over 30 years old so there should be no surprise if Atletico let them leave for free. Stefan Savic current market value is 2.5 Million so is it normal for him to ask for a salary of 4 million? I think even 3 million is high for him unless he has a good record this season so it's worth considering. Stefan Savic played 23 times in Laliga this season and missed 15 matches meaning he is not the main choice as a starter also in the national team he is not the first choice, Stefan Savic can be said to be lucky if Beşiktaş is willing to pay him 3 million.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: June 09, 2024, 08:19:50 PM
Sadio Mane is currently the mainstay of Al Nassr in addition to Ronaldo and also Talisca as a scorer, so indeed Al Nassr should be able to dampen every problem that has indeed arisen within their squad so far, Sadio Mane who was brought in from Bayern Munich for 30 million euros and has a contract until 2026 of course will not be that easy for Al Nassr to release him to another team,   As you said, currently Sadio Mane has a very big contribution to Al Nassr, although so far this contribution has not been able to help Al Nassr to be championship, but at least Al Nassr is starting to have a pretty good performance this season.

To be honest, I haven't found any news related to the current Ronaldo and Sadio Mane dispute, except for the interest from the promotion team who want to recruit Sadio Mane from Al Nassr, reportedly Al Qadsiah management is ready to make a big transfer to make their team able to compete with big teams in the SPL next season, Including planning to recruit Sadio Mane, Van Dijk and several other European players next summer, so I think right now Al Nassr has to work hard to convince Sadio Mane to stay at Al Nassr next season.

Maybe this issue is not published in public and is only known internally. If I had to guess, I would rather believe that there is indeed a problem between these two players as we know Ronaldo is a little aggressive and selfish making it vulnerable to conflict. Maybe Ronaldo's request will be prioritized so I wouldn't be surprised if Al-Nassr released Mane. Things like this will hinder Al-Nassr efforts to get a title/trophy so Al-Nassr must find a fair solution.

The decision will be clearer when Al-Nassr brings in a player in the same position as Sadio Mane, if Al-Nassr is not looking for a player in the same position then it can be concluded that Sadio Mane will still play with Al-Nassr until next season, so far Al-Nassr is still focused on hunting goalkeepers and defenders.

After the arrival of the Conte situation is taking few changes even right now taking anything is not easy because we are having news Conte wants Lukaku with Victor Osimhen is also in radar of few clubs, but this is not easy with his price tag and few clubs internal situation is also not idea but if we have something from the Chelsea then surely this can go ahead without any big problem for the both clubs.

Lukaku is surely currently in limelight but as his release clause is having huge amount it's also problem for the Italian clubs which are suffering badly in last few years and trying to fix their finances which are hurting them, but Napoli surely can do things which are manageable for them and these can bring good success for them in coming season after having worst ever performance in current season.

Conte is indeed planning to bring in Lukaku but Napoli has not prepared a budget to bring him in permanently so they make an offer through the loan option, unfortunately Chelsea did not respond to any offers except to take him permanently. On the other hand, AC Milan is reportedly also interested in bringing in Lukaku but I doubt if Chelsea will let him go for less than 30 million while AC Milan also has financial problems as you said. Apart from that, Lukaku's age is also a consideration I mean teams from Serie A don't want to take risks by bringing in old players at high prices. If the release clause is around 15-20 million maybe some clubs can consider it, that is a decent value for a player who is 31 years old.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 09, 2024, 07:49:09 PM
I do not consider Thomas Tuchel to be a clear better coach than Erik Ten Hang, why using him to replace Ten Hang. This will only be possible if Manchester United just needed the same level of results that Erik gave but in another dimension. I do not see Thomas Tuchel improving Manchester United, both technically and charisma wise. Thomas didn't have enough influence in Bundesliga and that is Xavi Alonso was able snatch the Bundesliga title from him. Tuchel is not that exceptional coach that fits Manchester United, he is simply as good or as bad as Ten Hang. The reason Ten Hang should be better then him is that Erik Ten Hang will be working based on experience while Tuchel will be working based on experiment.

Don't forget, Thomas Tuchel has a good record when managing Chelsea he was the one who gave Chelsea a Champions League trophy when they beat Manchester City this means that Thomas Tuchel has the ability to compete in the Premier League, it's just that Tuchel is reportedly not interested in returning to the Premier League in the near future and he prefers not to handle any team in the next season. When compared to Zidane, I prefer Tuchel to handle Manchester United.

Several sources say Manchester United is still retaining Ten Hag and they are more focused on looking for defenders in this transfer window, I personally doubt that Ten Hag can make a difference despite having several new players in the squad but we don't know what Manchester United management is planning. or maybe Manchester United is having difficulty finding a replacement so there is no other choice?
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Stake F1 Team on: June 09, 2024, 06:43:18 PM
Although Stake only offers freeroll tournaments, they might eventually add cash game tables or other tournaments.
Spending $2k a day can be a good investment if it leads to a lot of new players and long-term profits.
They may change their plan and start adding cash game tables if there isn't a big difference, though.

Just a correction, Stake.com spent $4000 in 24 hours on Poker Tournaments. They will continue to run Freerolls until they think everything is going well, as we know Poker is still in the testing phase while looking at feedback from users maybe there are still bugs or other problems. What they spend during the promo period is not worth the risk they will face if there are problems, if anyone asks when this promo ends of course if there are no reports or complaints.

If we pay attention to the participants in each Freeroll there are around 2500 users and let's just say 500-1000 users play every day on real mode then we can imagine how much they gain from the house edge. By the way, what is the ideal house edge for Poker games? should it be 1% since it's an inhouse game?

Another thing I'm curious about recently is what kind of a squad Liverpool will have next season. Because there are really important players whose futures are ambiguous. Such as Salah and Diaz in the first place.

Klopp has also left of course and Arne Slot has been appointed as the new manager. This is another thing that makes me wondering. Arne Slot doesn't have a career with a team as big as Liverpool yet. Therefore it is difficult to predict what will happen. When it comes to Salah, he might also leave and sign for a Saudi team this summer. He has still been making a big impact. And Diaz is also a really valuable player on the wing. If both leave then Liverpool will need to work really hard on transfers this summer.  Sad

Regarding Mohamed Salah, his contract will end in 2025 so there is actually nothing to worry about regarding this player and it depends on the new coach, whether he still needs Moh Salah or not. Other players such as Luiz Diaz also still have contracts until 2027 and his performance is still stable with Liverpool so there is no reason to let this player go, 27 years old is still ideal to compete in the Premier League, right? Moreover, he can play in several positions so Liverpool still needs him.

The player who has the potential to move is Alisson, apart from being an old player his performance is also unstable so it is very risky to force him to continue playing in the Premier League well, from several sources, Alison has the opportunity to be released to the Saudi Pro League and reportedly Al-Nassr is interested in this goalkeeper. If Liverpool do not release Alisson this season then his market value will disappear next season meaning Liverpool will lose income.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 08, 2024, 11:59:14 PM
To get the main place in the squad, of course the players will continue to compete with each other so that they can be Ancelotti choice in every match. But Arda Guler has shown super brilliant talent with his performances last season so he just needs to be patient to become a regular player who is ready to play in every match. Ancelotti doesn't worry about that because he is a coach who is full of experience and he only focuses on what he is doing and he is also able to improve the quality of his players the way he does it.

Real Madrid is full of star players, so in this situation of course the players will continue to show their best qualities to start every match. Next season, many believe that Real Madrid will easily defend their title because they have just brought in a new goal machine which will make them even more prepared to beat their opponents.

Arda Guler is not too worried about Mbappe arrival because they play in different positions so Arda still has the opportunity to get more matches, but usually Arda only plays in non-decisive matches so the challenge is different from the real match. Arda Guler still has 2-3 seasons to improve his career meaning he should be able to take a stand after the next few seasons I mean, a situation like this is certainly not beneficial for him be among the stars so if there is no change and increase in playing time he should move, I mean after the next 2-3 seasons.

Conte is interested in adding Lukaku to the squad. But I don't believe that Napoli management will add Lukaku to the squad for 37 million. Such a large amount means Napoli management will not be interested in spending for Lukaku. However, if they want to perform well in the next season, Napoli definitely need an experienced striker.
I agree with you. Conte is a good coach and I think Napoli have made the right decision by recruiting Conte. But if the club management doesn't give Conte a sufficient budget to buy some of the players he wants, I don't think that's a good decision. Club management doesn't want to spend big money but as you said, Napoli needs an experienced striker if Osimhen really leaves. But for now, Napoli are actually lucky to have Osimhen. He is a much better striker than Lukaku.

Haha, we all know that since the last few seasons teams from Serie A have not prepared enough budget to bring in players they are more likely to save money and looking for other alternatives to bring in players, such as looking for young players or old players with low transfer fees or loan player option and that's why teams from Serie A are not very active in the transfer window, so I don't think Napoli will prepare a budget for Conte moreover Napoli actually has a complete squad.
