2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is this real? 50 'clean' Bitcoins for 80 'dirty' Bitcoins?? on: January 08, 2016, 09:39:18 AM
I came across some site which is like a bitcoin washing site but peer to peer, the site itself acts like an escrow and allows people to trade apparently 'dirty' bitcoins(maybe from hacked wallets im thinking or stolen, scammed etc) for 'clean' bitcoins. Now i don't know if it's legit the whole idea of it. I always thought bitcoins were anonymous either way why would someone even do that and lose 30 coins?

Although I'm quite new to this stuff so if anyone knows more about this stuff I'd be happy to hear your opinions/experiences on this.
3  Economy / Service Discussion / mining.securepayment.cc review on: June 05, 2015, 05:01:14 AM
Has anyone ever used http://mining.securepayment.cc/? if so please let me know if they're legit or not. I was wondering if they can, for example, discover a block and not tell me about it so they keep 100% of the block reward... is that possible?

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin creators able to increase the limit of the number of bitcoins? on: May 30, 2015, 09:34:34 PM
Hi guys I'm just wondering is bitcoin creators able to lift or increase the limit of the number of bitcoins which can ever be produced(21,000,000)?

When you answer, if possible please also let  me know how sure are you about the answer.  I need some advise on this. Thanks.

The correct answer is, "Yes". Not only can this number be increased, I believe that sometime in the future it will be increased.

Why do you think it will be increased in the future? I'm sure some people out there would not want to buy into bitcoin based on believing that alone. Would you be ok if it was increased in the future?

Regarding the reason I think bitcoin creators might increase the limit, it's because if they do, can't they can make a lot of money by doing so? Can they just introduce a number of bitcoins into their own wallets etc?
