This is not possible to fund OKPAY card with funds received from criptocurrency if exchange were made at OKPAY website. But you can exchange you BTC to OKPAY at any exchanger and then withdraw funds from you OKPAY account to OKPAY card. Welcome to use 247exchange.com/exchange for this purpuse.
