Got a few new things in the works guys, stick around for some interesting stuff over the course of the next few weeks.

The proof of system is still being refined so please allow more time for that, a new algo was created as well (although 020 may never receive it as it would turn the coin into a CPU mineable only and most likely upset far too many people).
Loads of other cool stuff, again will divulge more info soon.

I know and I'm sorry that this will not be implemented but we have a system that operates very similiar to PoS but I believe and the rest of the team believes will be a much more secure, fair, and stable way to move blocks and distribute subsidy.

Eh, I pay attention to the LTC markets but yes It is extremely nice to have people trading 020.



Update for the community, if you haven't noticed already GitHub has been updated, the source has undergone a small rework and many more revisions are planned. The source will be streamlined and upgraded over the course of the next few updates.

This being said the next few projects that are being focused on are: Sidechain creation and management, Blockchain interfacing with currently existing bitcoin based blockchains (to exchange data and information), a secure encrypted email system on the chain, among other things.

Also working on a completely new Proof of system.
After MUCH research and testing PoS was deemed NOT a viable solution to our blockchain and thus 020 is continuing down the road as pure PoW.
Now that being said the new Proof of will act much like PoS in that it will not require miners to function but it will not be biased towards users holding percents and have a much better payout system, then after mineout it will sustain the network as a means to push the blocks forward at a set rate paying out network fees. more news on this later as it develops.

v0,9,0,6 - will release tomorrow, all auto-updating clients will update the next time you start the client sometime tomorrow.
for those not using the auto-updating client I encourage you to do so or at least update to the latest version when it is release, please bear in mind this is not a mandatory update but as it is a recommended one auto updating clients will upgrade.

Also the installer and updater will undergo updating as well, once I finish the licensing up I'll release the source for them too!
0.9.0.7 will release sometime next week and feature some new additions to the wallet and more source updates.

I finally am back to being active daily and producing more and more updates.
Several bug fixes are in the works that will be released by 12/11/2015 at the latest (Tomorrow).

Today I have also noticed that our network is on 10 Connections for the hardnodes, which means I've lost three nodes on the network.

As for our in house 020Londoncoin.co.uk website I will be overhauling it after seeing the pre-release images of the their site.

Mobile Wallets,
I know you all want them and 020Londoncoin currently doesn't have them BUT GOOD NEWS!
In developement are three mobile wallets, one for Android, one for iOS and one for Windows Phone.

The mobile wallet will NOT require you to download the blockchain (allowing for users to save on their metered data packages).
Only minimal network traffic and usage will be consumed by the application and yes, I am spending the money to release the App on the Apple App Store as well as Google Play Store.
Hoping that this work and effort is appreciated by the community.

One thing that has been slow for this coin is its integration and progression, Finally looking to put an end to its crawl.
I'm contacting quite a few organizations and companies and will be offering our cryptocoin as a financial solution for business and organizations.

We haven't done much in London I know I know it's terrible and I feel super crappy so how about an event?
I would like to feature an event that will be held 17/12/2015 near the base of BigBen where local Londoners will have the chance to receive coins by posting a snapshot of their location (via smartphone location snapshotting) onto the forum here anytime throught 17/12/2015.
This is aimed to get this coin into real-world people in London to start, I will be doing events like this for all other countries as well and in Fact may just have meeting places posted throughout the world according to which country you are in.

If this interests the community PLEASE make your voice be heard! This will require solid planning and a good media campaigne which I will gladly conduct as long as this is an accepted event.

Let's get the world knowing what this is and then once they have let's get them using it!

2. 80 Confirms per Mined block until reward is spendable
3. There is no maturity as this coin is pure PoW
4. The coin is on its minimum block reward (10,000 O2O per Block) until the 200Billion cap is reached

The ultimate goal of this coin is to continue on it's refinement. In other words I'm aiming for an indefinitely supported chain, along with added security and functionality every step of the way until our .EXE's are digitally signed finally and we make it to where an 80yr old who had no idea what they were doing could get into 020 and not even have to think about it. lol.

Currently there is another game that is integrating 020 which is a interesting start, I have to say the more the merrier. It would be nice to eventually be able to trade common items using it as well.
