Those websites doesn't look legit that's for sure.. but you should make your own researches before going into a website and invest money.

We don't need any kind of banks for bitcoin or altcoins, we already have enough banks as it is in the world right now and fee transaction that comes with it. Our wallets are our banks!

I'm pretty sure it will take a long time before another company can actually be a viable alternative to Uber. Uber made use of the technology before anyone else and they're way up ahead in the game right now.

The only option I can see here is an antminer R4, mining with your GPU or multiple GPU's if possible and cloud mining.

The best way to avoid being scammed is to use an escrow service.
