I am one of those who was fucked over by BFL. After the freezing of their assets earlier this year they agreed to send me three 800 GH/s miners instead of one 600 GH/s that I paid $2k for. I've still not turned anywhere near a profit (still down about 2k). I realize that I should have filed for a refund much earlier, but after hearing reports of people still getting refunds to this day I was wondering if it is not too late to send them their obviously already used hardware back and maybe try to get some kind of ROI, or at the very least break even.
