Super blocks?
Yes! Every day there will be a super block with 100X normal payment. Superblock is true randomness, that is, no super mining power can predict and grab it.

Since their BTC benchmarks are so untrue and it seems they have little will to do anything to inform themselves to correct this, it makes me wonder if indeed all their other benchmarks could be of the same rubbish quality That would be a very poor conclusion. Every benchmark shows the result from running a given program. They aren't trying to show what the fastest hash rate is; they're trying to show what the hash rate is for that hardware with that program with no tweaking. It would be a ridiculous waste of time for them to try a bunch of different programs and settings to try to tweak the result for every single piece of hardware that they test. Absolute values aren't important. Comparative values are what is important. And if the programs or drivers are optimized to work better on certain hardware, that would be nothing new or unusual in the benchmarking world.

Sounds great. We are in the process of including students from other law schools in the U.S. and around the world. How are you doing this? Are there some popular law student forums that you can solicit members on? Is there a danger that by having law student form and run this that established lawyers will be disinclined to join? Is there any precedent for legal advocacy groups founded and fun by students?

Call Display/VoiceMail....Online Status/PMs....all stemming originally from simply leaving the 'porch light' on or off (while peering out of a dark window) to ward off evil personal interactions and screen without obligation (also works to screw kids out of halloween candy).
Who would have known that humanity could have made it SO FAR in such a short period of time.
One of the ways humanity has advanced to where it has is by realizing that we all want to live life a little differently and that one solution doesn't fit all. You want your status constantly known. That's fine. I'm not going to complain about it. But you don't get to complain that I choose to do something different, something that does not hurt you. You have no right to that information and I have not entered into any contract, implicit or explicit, that requires it. Turning off online status is one of the first things I do on every forum.

the restriction is annoying. why not charge a fee to bypass the restriction?
You could, actually, if you wanted to become a donator to the site. But tell me how you figure newbies are going to get some bitcoins to donate, if they can't post to the site first? This statement says quite a bit. The fact that you think that people new to posting on this forum can't have bitcoins is absurd.

Considering the rate of 1txn blocks, wasn't it statistically inevitable that this would happen? I'd say that only if it happens again and we do the math and find that it is happening at a rate that is extremely unlikely by chance should we consider this to be "enemy action".
