Hi Xapo,

I've had an absolutely atrocious experience with your support.  I've contacted you four or five times over the course of four months, and nobody has been decent enough to respond.  Each subsequent email has started with some approximation of - perhaps you've overlooked my last emails... Has support been outsourced to the bitcointalk forum, or is there something particular I've done to be thus scorned?

Thanks
Dave

Hey - screwed up the link.  I think they might have changed their bonus actually.  Check out bitreview.com/sportsbook for a few different bonus examples.

For what it's worth, wouldn't invest in altcoins.  Might as well put the money you'd like to invest into bitcoin, which is by far the "safest" play, despite is having pretty massive upside still.  Might be able to luck your way into an altcoin that outperforms, but the opposite is much more likely IMO.
4  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: European exchanges on: July 31, 2015, 06:29:18 AM
I'm pretty sure there's a list , but here's my personal experience so far :

- Bitstamp : quick, but asking for rather sensitive info (scan of passport or birth certificate) after a certain limit
- Safello : no issues, quick
- Kraken : huge limits, quick, no issues Smiley

what are the limits for bitstamp?

what do you recommend of that 3?

kraken, does not require any id for 2k dollars per day and 10k per months, bitstamp instead require id and proof of residence for every amount, rkaken sepa are much faster and cost virtually nothing($0.09)

thank you

Another vote for Kraken over bitstamp - superior trading platform, and the best btc/eur liquidity in the market.  Both offer SEPA transfers, so you get the preferential rate if you have a EU bank account.  This particular article is a bit of a work in progress, but links to the individual exchange reviews and there is some general info on euro-exchanges.  bitreview.com/exchange/btc-eur
